“I only doordash so I’ve never been inside the store. If they had 3.5 stars I’d give it that but I’ll be generous and round up. The food is mid, which means it’s average. It’s the run of the mill “American-Chinese” food you get at every corner in America. Portions are pretty big and it’s cheap compared to other options. $9 for a small combo and $11 for the larger one.I get the orange chicken combo and haven’t been disappointed yet. Lo mein is okay. Crab Rangoons are great.Greasy? Little bit. Bland? Yeah. But I throw some hot sauce on it and boom.“
“China Kitchen has been our go-to for 20+ years! It’s still the best value in the area with huge portions and reasonable prices. We usually get the egg foo yung, sweet and sour chicken, and beef lo mein….all excellent with plenty of leftovers. There is no dining area since the pandemic, but if carryout is your preference, this is the place.“
“People please do not listen to these bad reviews because this place is definitely amazing! Most of those reviews were before the place got new management, put the review on the wrong restaurant, or complaining because it's not like other Chinese restaurants that give you tons of bad food for 5 bucks. The food and how much they give you is definitely worth the price and they actually cook their rice COMPLETELY unlike other places I've been to. This is an overall fanatic place that you should try when you get the chance. Ps if you want the chicken, beef, etc... and broccoli in a brown sauce, you have to ask the waiter for it in a brown sauce, Miriam!“
“Food is good but it may be different from what you are used to. I've ordered pick up and delivery and never had a problem always fast and we always got all our food. Quality of food can range from 3 - 4 stars, out of 5. If you're looking for fast, decent price, and a different type of Chinese this is the place.“

We drive from Salisbury to China grove to pick up from here. The food is always fresh, great flavor, consistent taste, and portioned well!“
“Been going to Asian Cafe for a while now. It's a bit out of the way for me, but the food is always on point. Dine in or carry out, your good regaurdless. I typically get the bento box, which is perfectly proportioned with your protein and rice/noodles along with a sushi roll of your choice and a side (cheese wonton for me; kinda like a rangoon but without the crab) I get their curry chicken which comes with vegetables. The sauce and spices they use are so good, and the veggies are well cooked, pairing perfectly with the rice. My girlfriend loves their wonton soup with the only complaint being that there isn't enough. She likes getting the quarts you can find at some Asian takeout places, but they don't offer that here, unfortunately. That aside, the food is good and service is typically quick. Definitely check em out the next time you're craving some Asian food!“
“The buffet was pretty good and fresh. Not the best Chinese buffet that I have been to, but not the worst. There is a variety of choices from full buffet, sushi, and hibachi. There was a variety of sushi and sashimi and it was good. Crab legs, Crab Rangoon was good and raw oysters. The soups are also good. There is a chocolate fountain and you can dip in marshmallow there too. $15 a person, so definitely worth the price“
