“Incredibly nice staff and great sushi. They actually care about presentation when you dine in. So many sushi restaurants at this price point do not care about the details of presentation. Their rolls are under $20 but they’re presented really well. The servers are quite kind and enjoyable which is also unusual of a price point like this. They’re doing things right here.“

“Passed by here during work and ordered something I've never had. It was great. Now I'm attempting to try out the whole menu. So far everything is wonderful. Even the dishes I am already familiar with have been done just different enough that it's a completely different flavor, in a good way. I have turned my family and coworkers on to this hidden little gem as well. We all love it. If you like heat, anything can be made spicy. Just ask. This has become my new favorite spot. The dine in option is really small, so large groups may be a problem. The staff couldn't be more friendly. Highly recommend a visit. So far my favorite dish is the curry with green sauce. (Spicy)“

“We come here almost every week and it never disappoints. The sushi is always fresh and delicious — especially the Salmon Dream, which is absolutely amazing. We also love the house salad with the ginger dressing, and the Mongolian beef is a 10/10 every time. Everything is consistently great, the service is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. The Labubu sushi chef art is adorable. Definitely one of our favorite spots.“

“First tried dining here for a date night, we really loved it so we went back for a family brunch and our little girl absolutely loved it! Our server Andrew was awesome too! From appetizer rangoons, to our yuzu sodas, the entrees (dang! that char siu is the best), and the dessert... customizing our bubble waffles was definitely the highlight!☺“

“I’ve ordered from here a lot of times. I do like most of the food I try. Decent prices on sushi rolls. It usually takes quite a while for pickup, but they do get a lot of takeout orders. And i have had messed up orders before, so make sure to get the receipt and check that it is correct.

I do recommend it, some of the fish could be better however.“

“Great Buffet. Wide selection. Everything is always hot and fresh. They keep refreshing all stations very quickly. Delicious spareribs. I like the Sushi Bar. All selections are good to excellent. “SoHo Bistro did not come to play. The Chinese food was excellent, and the sesame chicken was the star of the show. Crispy, flavorful, and easily some of the best I have had since moving to Charlotte. The staff was warm and welcoming, which always earns bonus points. “This was the best meal I have had in a while! My banh mi was absolutely delicious—it was tender, crunchy, so flavorful and the bread was the perfect chewy, crispy baguette. I ate it in the parking lot in my car—I wanted a taste before I went back to work and ended up eating the whole thing like a mannerless beast. I’m not sorry, either. I would do it again. “Golden Taipei food was really tasty...I ordered Shrimp with mixed vegetables... I should have just ordered shrimp with broccoli because that seems to be all they put in my bowl! If you order this make sure you instruct them to go light on the broccoli.“

“My adult son loves Akahana. We ordered sushi rolls because they are always Bogo. They were good and plenty. The fish in and in the rolls tasted fresh. We lived in Tokyo for a year and have authentic sushi to compare. Oishi desu!!! The spicy, not hot, just flavorful edamame were outstanding. Felt like a well-worn diner, but don't put your chopsticks away on that count! We will go again.“
