The food here takes me back to my days on the west coast. The service is great too!l
My mother, sisters and I, just had a magnificent experience at the downtown location of Open Rice restaurant. What stood out the most, and the reason I was motivated to take the time to write this review, was actually not the amazingly delicious food, (which it totally was!) not the beautiful, cozy atmosphere… but what stood out the most was our two waiters, Phil and Sean!! I will say I’m biased after growing up in a place with many dim sum restaurants. The food is alright compared to other dim sum spots but it is pretty good for Charlotte standards, since Charlotte isn’t known for top tier Asian food. The restaurant itself is very clean and modern.
