We made reservations for Valentine’s Day. Even got an automated message the day before asking us to confirm the reservation - which I did. Showed up for the reservation and the restaurant was closed. Doors locked. Bar stools stacked against the bar. We could see some people inside but nobody ever came to the door to acknowledge us even though we knocked several times. Horrible experience here tonight. Had a reservation at 8pm and was not ever sat, we left at 9. Our party of 11 watched a party of our same size who arrived 30 minutes after us get sat before us. We were also denied drinks while we waited because the bartender was too busy. Unacceptable service.
No other words than LOVE!! Love the food, Love the atmosphere, Love the Staff and Really Love Niko!! 🫶🫶🫶
