I will never come here again the customer service was horrible and the staff had a really nasty attitude towards me and my girlfriend. We spoke with the manager and all she could say was “I can give you guys 10% that’s all I can do” paying the full price was never the problem, the bad customer service at your place of business was I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here.

Food was mediocre for the price that was listed. I expected a some seasoning for 26$ chicken teriyaki it was bland most of the flavor came from the yum yum sauce, As for the service I thought it was a service with a smile and not service with a side eye And the place is nice but the dj is just blasting music so it's hard to talk to your partner.

If you have a large party come here! They have long tables and are very nice in accommodating your party. The owner Joanna is so much fun!! She's super sweet and will make sure you have a great time. The DJ this Friday night was also great. With Clean groovy music, it's an excellent way to start off the weekend.

I frequently come for the shrimp fried rice, but I will never go to Nikko's again. They really need a course in customer service. Today the elderly lady that brought my food out was rude and had an attitude because I asked for 2 sauces. I have no problem paying extra for a sauce but she never said that. It was an attitude because I asked for something else. It was as if I was bothering her or getting on her nerves. It was lunch time and the restaurant really didn't have anyone in there. You would think she would have appreciated my business. I tell everyone I know about them. But BELIEVE me, I will now tell everyone I know to never waste your time or money going there, because of the treatment I received.

I've never given a review before but felt compelled to share, this restaurant was one of the worst experiences I have had trying to go out to eat. We had a reservation, and still waited 30 mins to be seated. After being seated we only ordered 4 rolls of shushi for the table, and the food did not come after an hour and a half. At this point we decided to leave as it was nearly 9:45 pm. I will never be back.

We had reservations for about 2 weeks and get there Saturday and our party can’t even be seated together! Food was wrong, cold and horrible all around! The only good parts were the drinks and our server Alex tried his best. For the price the food should have been 100%, but it wasn’t. I will absolutely not return in the future. First and Last!

Rice tasted like nothing. Service was horrible. Waited a whole hour for a salad and sushi, I'm appalled. Trash trash trash, do not go here.

i won't come back. i was invited for a birthday party and the party gradually came in throughout the night, the server barely came to the table. as far as my food service, i ordered the teriyaki chicken and the chicken was in by chunks and i asked for extra onions and i had absolutely none, not 1 onion on my plate. i had to send my food back. i was suppose to receive soup before my meal and that never came or was mentioned. other peopl

We went on a Saturday night. Food was great and service was phenomenal. We loved the music and DJ. Only down side was there was a drunk guy that took his shirt off and was dancing around and even spun a waitress around in his shoulders but that wasn’t a reflection of the business. They quickly told him to put his shirt back on. Great for a family or date night out!

Charlotte is one of my absolute favorite cities. I visit multiple times per year. I've been to Nikko several times for dine in as well as take out and every time they never miss.Parking can be confusing as Nikki is at the corner of Arlington Ave and South Blvd. If you've ever been to Charlotte, then you know South Blvd is a very busy street so you can't really tell where to park. If you turn down Arlington and go all the way to back, there is a parking garage attached to the building to your right. Be careful to read the signage to know what levels to park so you do not get towed. Parking is free.Nikko has both inside and outside dining options. I've done both. Typically, I go on either a Friday or Saturday night, and they always have a DJ playing great music, which I appreciate. The service is good. I've never and any sort of issues at all with hostess, bartenders, or wait staff. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.Nikki has a pretty decent sized menu with all sorts of options, including a full list of sushi. The food is consistently delicious. Some of my favorite menu items are the volcano roll, gyoza, shrimp tempura, spring rolls, kalbi (beef short rib), and firecracker shrimp, to name just a few.If you're looking to enjoy some solid Asian cuisine and music, especially if you enjoy R & B, you will love this place.
