1/6/20245:30pm reservation. We arrived on time, and seated within minutes. Approximately 20/30 minutes later, our drink order was taken-10 or so later they arrived. Dinner orders were placed soon there after. Another 15/20 later our cook arrives. Our entire table (and the adjoining crew) was frustrated with the slow start service....and ready to eat the napkins. This is a big hibachi restaurant located in the University area of Charlotte, NC…it took way longer than expected for the chef to come but it was well worth the wait. The veggies were fresh, the meats were seasoned & well marinated & the server never missed a beat. The aesthetics were pretty nice as well.
