Mini Me and I were uptown for a concert and needed a public restroom. Walking down from the arena, we found Monarch Market. Again - we went in for the restrooms. But as we walked in, I was blown away by all the different varieties of food stalls. Think boujee mall food court style setup but with quality food that's superior to the chains. Tried a K-dog with half cheese traditional panco with saracha ranch. It had a great bite to it. Not too greasy either. It was dropped fresh. It wasn't crispy, but the sauce added a nice acidity.

I always enjoy my meal here. It's yummy, fast and quality ingredients. I like that they make their own sauces in house that you can add to your kdogs, and they come in the kupbap bowls. It's also the only k-dog place I know of in Charlotte that makes their own batter fries them fresh in front of you. My favorite thing is that they have a bunch of Korean drinks to try.
