I love the look and feel of this place, definitely 10/10 on the atmosphere, and the food is delicious, which is why it pains me not to give them a 5 stars review. The service is just inconsistent and lacking. From not greeting people as they come in, or even taking a while to acknowledging your presence, to full on taking over 10 minutes to prepare your coffee order on a non-busy day becase they were having a chat amongst themselves to the point that the poor girl at the register...

Update: girl at counter needs an attitude adjustment! Not my fault you gave wrong drink to wrong person. I strongly suggest no tip until they earn it.
