There were SWARMS of flies when we went to try to order at the take-out window.. It looked like house flies, not random bugs, but actual flies. Makes me wonder where the maggots are from all of those flies.

I don't know who management is at this location but they need to be fired. The employees do not care at all about food presentation. Food is just slapped together and not even correct. I did not receive what I ordered. To be a new restaurant it's got to be nasty inside. I emailed corporate and have not heard. from anyone yet. The cookout in wake forest milkshakes look good while these in creedmoor are literally slapped together. The burgers look like a 2 year old fixed them at this location.
Edit to add: I went again today and the same as last time. Food was not good. Bbq was very bland.

Burger didn't seem cooked to order. It was warm not hot and I'm not a fan of the chilli. And like most restaurants; the too have sliced their burgers in half...almost paper thin. Very disappointing.
I ordered a big double burger and got whatever this is one patty and it doesn’t even fill the bun

Strictly take out We were looking to sit down to eat, so a little disapointing Order taker was either not paying attention, or couldnt hear me,, long pauses,like she was doing something else, and missed part of my order Food was ok, nothing special

Had never been to Cook Out before and was looking forward to the experience. The food was average, but the biggest disappointment was that when given my order, the server guaranteed my food was all present, but then when I got home discovered that it was missing food. Upon return to the restaurant, I was given the missing food with no further explanation and nothing but a “have a blessed day”, which was no longer possible with their ruining my day.
