Was heading home from Raleigh on Hwy 50 North just coming into Creedmoor. At approximately 8:30, as I topped a blind hill, I see a Southbound car with the Dominoes delivery sign on top stopped IN MY LANE!!! I, thankfully, was able to slam on brakes to avoid a head-on collision, and the Dominoes driver then scrambled over to the correct side of the road, but again came to a dead stop with no turn signal or flashers indicating why they are stopped.
