Completely wrong breakfast meals. I ordered a loaded breakfast burrito got an egg biscuit instead. Ordered a sausage, egg & cheese brioche sandwich got a brioche bacon sandwich. Window person was in a hurry and not paying attention. Only 1 other car in line. Last two times at this location were average service this time will be the last.

Why rate a Hardee’s you may ask? Well listen, I knew it would be bad, I had braced for revulsion and nausea as I ordered the late night double Monster Burger, but nothing could prepare me for the sickening squish of the first bite and mushy corpse-like meat with goopy sauce. Unsure of the provenance of this mushroom based slime. The traveller’s hunger compelled me to finish the burger, as if a strange compulsion took me over to finish what had started, to remove this dead spirit of a burger from this world, to bury the monster burger forever. The sweaty crinkle fries a mediocre consolation at best…something like fried tomato caterpillars. Bon apetit…p.s. you wont be able to replicate either of these entrees at home, this “food” is 3d printed in the underworld by the undead

Hardee's in Creedmoor need to be ashamed of the food they selling. I decided to try their new burger, signed said 9.99 for combo, get to window lady say 11.63. I said how when the sign say 9.99. Said that not how its ringing up, no compromise didnt call over Mgr...cool, I gotta get to work so I paid. Open up the wrapper....1 slice of burnt bacon broke into pieces for a $11 burger, fries cold, burger barrly warm cheese aint even melted. Yall got me today, wont get me again

We arrived tonight at 8:40 and a woman in a manager shirt looked at us 3 times and ignored us to continue her conversation and so we left and went to McDonald's!

Very nice staff and great food but the floor is a little bit dirty but the food makes up for it.
11am on a Sunday morning, zero cars in the drive thru and I wait 15 mins before pulling off after not being helped

The not so smart kid making the burgers put mayonnaise on my no mayo burger. Jeez.. no mayo means no mayo. How hard is that? Not like he was busy or anything either. But I didn't even want to eat it, it stunk soo bad. It was DISGUSTING. I JUST THREW IT ALL AWAY. Thanks for nothing Hardee's - total waste of ten bucks.

This is the third time I've been to this location and the third time my order has been incorrect. I've ordered the big ham and cheese three times and I haven't gotten one yet. Today I got a crispy chicken sandwich... The drive through line also took more than 20 minutes even though there were only 3 cars in front of me.

We don’t usually visit Hardee’s located at exit-191 on I-85 in Butner NC but today I rediscovered why! Today I went to get two of the advertised Lemon-strawberry biscuits, they said they had not had them for days and have ideal when they would have them again. The manager was rude, arguing with the cook and drive through teller. A customer at window was asked to pull forward to wait on order, I eat my food and the waiting drive-through customer came in asking about her order, the manager rudely told her the order was being prepared, the customer ask for her money back, the manager rudely slung a biscuit across the room and refunded her money.
