No one in the place knew what was going on seemed dazed & confused I ordered2 chicken strip platers they supposed to come with slaw &toasted bread I got 5 chicken strips &fries ,I took it back up front she said that's what the lady rung me up for I was not happy never will I go back to this rat hole &the food was not good &table was dirty just not a good experience.

This Hardee's is very slow, and it seems the management herself does not seem to care about service or speed in an order. It just goes to show that all the new menus screen and improvements to the restaurant are irrelevant to getting food in a timely manner.

Wow, the worst Hardee's I have ever been to. Some of the employees weren't wearing gloves.I ordered the biscuit and gravy combo, and the gravy was like pudding, and the biscuits weren't made right. It was nasty, but I ate it. The employees weren't friendly either. I also got sweet tea, and it looked like water with a yellow tint to it. It didn't look like tea at all. I got photos to prove it except the tea. Becareful food might get cross contaminated too. I will never come back to this one, that's for sure

I usually forget about Hardee’s bc it’s on the opposite side of US 85 and the majority of the businesses in Creedmoor. When I do go that way and remember that they are there I try to stop bc they have great food and very kind staff. It’s a hidden gem and I wish they had better visibility from the highway so they could get more traffic their way.
Stopped in to grab a couple of biscuits for a roadtrip breakfast. First time in a long time I've stopped in and it will be a good long time before I get back. The service was slow and the single employee at the register let everyone know she was unhappy. The biscuits were mediocre. Dry and crumbly. The sausage on the one biscuit was very salty, but the seasoning was decent. The bacon biscuit wasn't the best, either. The bacon had little flavor and was tough. All in all a disappointment, despite Fortune Feimster's recommendations.

OMG for starters, it apparently takes 15 minutes to get a 3" piece of chicken deep fried, but ok.. the place is disgusting,diet everywhere.. and the chicken was burnt , biscuit crumbles and chicken itself was uneatable. Lack of staffing must keep them closed in the mornings. Several times we have went to drivthrough and they will let you know they are closed.
Fast, friendly drive thru service. I'm currently avoiding certain carbs but hubs and the little man were looking for bacon and biscuits so we ended up here. Oh, the things we do for love. The friendly drive thru lady said they had fried eggs or, "folded" eggs. Excuse my ignorance but I am not familiar with "folded" eggs. I was looking for fluffy, scrambled, but since the "folded" eggs seemed a bit sus to me, I opted for a double order of fried eggs. They were completely edible. In a pinch, with no other options, I would definitely order these again. Hubs and the little man chose candied bacon and egg biscuits which they gobbled right up. Hardee's offers bacon as "candied," as if bacon alone weren't enough to lure one looking for bacon. Maybe "candied" is more to entice those on the fence. Or kids. Little man can now read "candied" on a menu and that's a no-brainer as far as he is concerned. Candied? Sure, load me up!

Placed order online get there to pick up stood at counter for 5 minutes before anyone said a word.Get my order informed we don't have any shakes so management handed me an empty cup after I ordered a combo, asked if I could exchange the shake for something else because I already had a drink she said no and walked away so I asked for a refund for the shake answer was no.I could hear her in the back talking to an employee saying he ordered online and because we don't have it it's not my problem.This was the last time I visit this location especially after seeing the state of the fry station looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months.The fries were room temperature at best, burger was Luke warm and dry,and the drink was watered down.
