The manager made me pull up even tho there was no one in line because it didn't want to mess his store numbers up. Why should I pull forward off the sensor when No one is behind me or in front of me? So the computer counting the time will reflect poor management?

I dropped in for lunch and went inside go order. It took 20 minutes from ordering to recieve my 3 item order. There was an issue with an incorrect item for the customer before me that caused a delay, but the way it was all handled left something to be desired.Parking: Small lot surrounding the building

I am from the area, it been a while since my last visit due to grease dripping from foods. Today a stop to get some item for my daughter and myself, never again. Could not get in, no staff, food was saltyyyyyyy everything, looks and tastes like it was reheated several times, grease dripping on chicken and nuggets and the biscuit looks that were reheated too. Asked for dipping sauce give none. Bad really bad. This is the last time they get my money.

Friendly and helpful employees. Quick and diligent, a delight to talk to. Spicy chicken sandwich was a bit too chewy in my opinion; first time I had it. Other than that it was a good experience.

Just when I thought this place was getting better they prove me wrong. Went there today and was in the drive thru. The car in front of me was there when I pulled up. I set behind it for a good 4-5 minutes.They have their order and I pulled up. After I sat for over 10 minutes I pulled around. The guy that was supposed to be taking orders was up in the front. I spoke with the manager and she said she was doing the best she could and was very rude. Cars were wrapped around the side by now . They also had the lobby locked. Not that they care I will not be going back.

I have been there a lot lately the only time I have a issue is when the manager is there he is a guy may be Mexican not sure but he has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE..he lies about what sauces they have when the sauce is clearly sitting right there in a box I asked him this week does he lie because he wants to keep it for his self or what..His attitude is terrible also..everyone else there I come in contact with at this store is GREAT! But the manager is A DISASTER FOR THE STORE..I no he works 1st shift

I wish I could give them 0 stars honestly..WORST KFC EVER FOR YEARS IT’S BEEN LIKE THIS! The manager has terrible customer service skills it was a Mexican man. Did not help resolve my issue at all. $18 for 5 chicken tenders by itself is absurd. Currently on the phone with corporate to talk to someone. This kfc/Taco Bell has been trash for over 10 years now. Slow service always, food never hot etc. the ONLY reason I came to this trashy fast food place is for my mother I never eat here for this exact reason.If you want to eat at this location specifically there’s a few things to note (so you won’t have the same experience as me):1. You can only order what’s off of the menu at the location ex: you cannot see something you want online and think that they’re going to let you order it there because they’re not!2. The manager will not work with you on getting your food correct no matter how many times you ask3. If ordering through drive thru make sure you ask lots of questions about what you’re going to be getting because they will not care about what they’re serving you4. I’m sure you already do this but check your food through the drive thru before pulling off.

WENT TO KFC TACO BELL TODAY. I ORDERED 3 CHALUPPAS 17DOLLARS AND 58 CENTS THEY WERE HALF THE SIZE THEY USED TO BE.WILL NOT EVER RETURN AGAIN .MO WAY IT SHOULD COST THAT MUCH WHEN IT SMALLER THAN A SINGI BURGER.

This took me back to childhood. The species were there, and the restaurant was well kept and clean. It's worth1 the price of chicken.Well done to the hospitable staff serving chicken before 11am.

ERICA in the drive through she has the best customer service I've ever seen in my life and ive worked customer service a very long time! Every time I come she is the sweetest person and has everything correct. She goes above and beyond give this lady a raise and make her the manager ?

The hispanic female employees on the night crew have the worst attitudes at this location. I work in the area not far from this kfc and if the Hispanics are working the customer service is going to be trash. On 2/6/2023 at 9:12 pm i ordered 6 fresh chicken strips (just the strips) and the manager on duty was trying to charge me $15 for 6 strips! I got the feeling they were upset because I asked for the chicken strips to be fresh. No matter what attitude these children that work there have, people are still going to visit this location because they are one of the few places open in the area for people that work in the pm. Crazy part is, right across the street from here, a warehouse is hiring and starting people out at $19hr ?

Excellent staff and food. I would highly recommend this store as the employees are very customer service oriented. Me and my wife both has the famous bowls. Could not be a happier customer.
