Ordered delivery they messed up the order completely and then refused to resend food right . Very very rude and disrespectful shift leader

go to domino’s or even drive out the way to papa john’s because customer service is so rude. also they didn’t even put the sauce for my wing all the way on the wings it’s half covered then i asked for a ranch after tipping $2 online and the lady at the counter tells me it’s $2 for ranch that super tiny this location will not be seeing me again for sure!! please hire people who care i know that is hard to find now a days

I don’t even know where to start but I’ll just say if you order delivery, best of luck getting what you order. Extremely unorganized. Called up there to tell them we didn’t get what we ordered and we were still on hold by the time we arrived at the location because they forgot about us. Honestly just stay away from this location.

Pizza was horrible, it wasn’t Like other Pizza Huts. They burnt my pizza and it was unenjoyable

This is Pizza Hut has turned into one of my favorite restaurants. Not just because of my food always being hot, but because of the people! Holly and Jennifer here always have patience beyond and are really good people. I appreciate you all so much! The smallest things go far. Keep up the great work! 😊

Their buffet was constantly empty. No plates. Tried to get the attention of the server several times, not attentive at all. Never got a drink refill. Not a good experience at all.

Felt very uncomfortable with a party attendees breathing down our back when we were trying to eat. They were right up against our chairs.

I ordered my usual thin crust pepperoni pizza, only this time it didn’t taste the same. Either they ran out of marinara sauce or completely forgot to put it on my pizza. Will not be ordering again. Horrible experience!

We are here visiting family and wanted pizza. We got our order fast and pizza was hot and fresh. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

A quiet location and great place for a pizza snack, lunch or dinner. The staff are very friendly. Close to the interstate exit. We had lunch here on our way to Atlanta. Opted for a large pizza and wings and finished with chocolate cookies dessert.

By far the worst service I’ve ever had whole order was incorrect and missing food then had to to the store to pay me back

I’m staying at the hotel for a few days and didn’t feel like going anywhere so I decided to try Pizza Hut, big mistake. First of all, I requested delivery and the time told me it was gonna take 25 to 35 minutes. Then I got message after message saying my order was running late and every time that new time came, they will send me another message with a new time stamp. So I had to call the store. They told me they were waiting on door dash, HOLD UP YALL DONT HAVE UR OWN DELIVERY DRIVER! So instead, I had to go pick it up so let me remind you my food is already been sitting there for about an hour. Luckily, they gave me $10 off my order because of this so thank you. But honestly, I should’ve just not picked it up. I should’ve just went somewhere else and got food because now I’m gonna have to throw away a whole pizza and some boneless wings because they taste like cardboard and super DRY because they been sitting there. They could’ve requested to make me another pizza because they were not busy at all. They only had one table in the whole restaurant when I went there. I get stuff happens, but as a woman who’s been working in the food hospitality industry for years this is just unacceptable. Never again. SMH
