My first return to Pizza Hut since the 90s and it was the most disgusting tasting garbage I’ve ever had. Salty, nasty sauce, burned onions, and tasteless cheese with questionable mushrooms. The Aberdeen Proving Grounds for Alka Seltzer, and a real Grinch’s buffet. Sending to Mulder and Scully to investigate.

This place was better before the new manager came, just picked up my food when i walked in employee was laughing and giggling at me while i was trying to pick my order up. Got my cheesesticks and had no seasoning nor was the cut it was like they threw them in the box right after the oven, noticed there was nothing but untrained “kids” in there and no customer service skills really bad experience!

They were not busy but it took a long time to wait on us, then I ordered the garlic Parmesan boneless chicken and it came out with a little sauce on it I sent it back and it came back with less than the first time, I sent it back and told them to take it off my bill and the pizza was not hot but we ate it.

We got to the place at 4 25. We see on our ticket that the order was not even placed until 4 55. The waitress left that took our order. My husband ordered Pan pizza. He was given thin crust. When he told the manager, the man was rude and said they don't do small in pan. Ok. Why weren't we told? And nothing was said about the time it took to get our order. What happened to customer service? It is NOT HERE!! With all the other great places to eat around here, this place is off my list now.

I always order a thin, veggie pizza, no sauce, add banana peppers and extra olives . It is perfect!

This place lied and said they closed at 8:00pm on a Sunday night. When we were walking up to the restaurant they turned the dining room lights out. We are a white family and they were black and acted in a very racist manner. We asked to see their hours and they pointed to the window which had posted closing time of 10:00pm.

We came in to the buffet had to wait for a while to get our forks and drinks and never came back to ask if we needed a refill or anything don’t recommend this place

Last two times I've been there. I have placed an order and they have messed up both orders. The first one was supposed to be playing wings. I got barbecues. I sat there and ate my food while I waited my wings to be fixed this time. I ordered two three topping pizzas and two orders of wings and they mismade one of the pizzas so I took it as is because I didn't want to wait any longer and let all my other food get cold while I wait for them to fix for their mistake

I placed an $83 dollar pickup order at this location last week. Recieved a confirmation email, a receipt, and the money was taken from my bank account. When I arrived to pick up my food, they denied ever receiving my order even though I showed the receipt. They refused to make my food or issue a refund. I have even contacted corporate and have still not received a refund. Do not go to this location.
