Rino's Italian Grill and Pizza offers a delightful dining experience, according to reviews. The restaurant is praised for its genuine NY style pizza, great calzones, and a variety of delicious pasta dishes like lasagna and fettuccine alfredo. Customers appreciate the fair prices and the reliable service. They are also known to accommodate dietary restrictions and provide a range of options, including the ability to buy pizza by the slice.
While many enjoy the food, including the chef salad, cheese pizza, and steak & cheese subs, some recent reviews mention issues with the pizza being dry and overcooked. A few customers have reported receiving cold and incorrectly prepared orders. The service can be inconsistent, with some noting a lack of greeting and unorganized delivery of food and drinks. Nonetheless, the restaurant is recognized for its polite staff, who are eager to suggest better deals and variations, like extra pepperoni for those who want more on their pizza. Despite some complaints, the overall experience remains positive, with many customers loving the homemade taste and rich flavors.
