I ate at this Sonic for the first time after seeing an advertisement about a pickle meal. Waited for 10 minutes on food. The fries were cold, but they were alright I guess. Burger was okay until I started crunching into some whole cloves of garlic and trashed it. The drink was about what I was expecting except it wasn’t very slushy, more liquid than slush. Also, very pricey meal for what I got.

This evening we left a concert and were hungry but everything was closed except sonic. We encountered the most polite gentleman there who was just precious. He was absolutely polite and offered my daughter a drink of her choice for the wait. He was just the sweetest young man and he should be proud of himself. I watched him knock out drink after drink moving station to station making it happen with his team. Phenomenal job!!

This Sonic has good people! From the manager Sean to his assistant manager James, to the employees, Gina, Aubrey, and Charisma. I have been making Sonic at this location part of my going-to-work routine for years and they get it right with a smile on their face, friendliness, a genuine Kindness from their heart! On the rare occasion mistakes are made they fix them quickly, but more often than not, I realized that I was the one who made the mistake and still they corrected it without a problem, while only being concerned about making the customer happy! This location at 1586 Highway 56 is well-run and has good people working there! In truth, I can not say that about all the Sonic's that I have been to, but this location has certainly earned my loyalty!

I'd give zero if it let me. We ordered on the app expecting our food to be ready when we got there. We arrived and checked in. Then after waiting 20 minutes approached the door and knocked as it was locked. Knocked several times before a lady came to tell us we needed to cancel our order because there were no employees to cook the food. She did not directly come out to tell us but let us wait until we were fed up and knocked on the door. Very disrespectful of our time & very unprofessional.

Decided to give this place another chance after a year and was once again severely disappointed. If you want to wait over half an hour for FAST food then this is the place for you! Finally gave up after waiting for 45 minutes and told them to cancel my order.

Would love to give a zero star review. Whoever was working the drive through the morning of April 19th, 2025 should be fired immediately and never work anything customer service related ever again. Never wrote a review for anything ever, that’s how unprofessional this man was. Definitely made a corporate complaint.

Awful Sonic. If you put in an online order, which is supposed to expedite you anyway, you’ll be waiting 45 minutes to just get the food. Odds are it’s wrong anyway.
