I had to use the restroom here at this location traveling back from Virginia to Georgia. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have like. Mostly the floor needed to be swept and mopped. I went through the drive through, they asked twice for me to repeat what I wanted on my burger. I ordered the number 1 with tater tots, and a dr pepper. The food was really good, sandwich was made well, no leakage of condiments on the burger shooting out the back while holding and biting. I would definitely recommend this location.

The food is decent if they can get it to you in a timely manner, but that never happens here. The drive thru is also pretty bad and usually takes forever to get through the line. I was going to eat here for lunch today but sat in the line for 15 minutes without any cars moving so I just left and went elsewhere. I wish I could say this is a one-off thing but it's been like this every time I've come here in the past 4 years at least

Got đ tots and onion rings and were all undercooked. Burger was sloppy and most of the sides were in bottom of bag.

Ordered online then went to pick it up.
App says to pull into a bay and enter the bay number. Got there entered the number and watched the stall acknowledge my order was received and the order would be brought to my car. Waited 45 minutes, even went through the drive thru 10 minutes before they closed. They had multiple people inside but refused to acknowledge me or even tell me they didnât plan on making my food. Instead I was ignored for 45 minutes while the light stayed on. No one came out to explain that there âsystem was downâ. If it was down why not tell me instead of having me wait. Obviously I did talk to someone that frankly didnât give a fuk and said âI canât help youâ then closed the window.
Last time I went the burgers were so greasy to bun was soggy. I thought a couple chicken wraps might be an easy late night snack. So much for easy.
Tried to order here last night and was not able to do to a hostile employee that was short and rude actually disconnected from the ordering speaker while I was attempting to place my order and when I tried to place the order again he would not take order ask to speak with manager and he said he was the manager I have never experienced such behavior from a so called manager that is supposed to set the example for other employees itâs just pitiful. This was on 11-02-24 around 9:00 to 9:30 pm

Don't bother , it use to be good , but if u order on line you will sit waiting for 30 +min , and then when you go up to the window you get nothing but an attitude, like cool down bro, you getting paid to be there not us. Now the food is all cold even though he said it was under a heat lamp , never again, we where excited there was a sonic near where we moved , what a joke .

I'm sure the managers are doing their best, but as a DoorDash driver and ex-Sonic manager myself, I avoid this place at ALL COST. Half the stalls don't work, yet the half-dozen crew inside can't make or keep up with orders worth a crud. ZERO organization and hustle. My average wait time for an online order (before I stopped accepting Sonic orders, which btw drops my "Acceptance Rate" from DD, but is worth declining the waste-of-time) is 16 minutes. I waited 22 min for a single combo once, whilst another DD driver waited 35 min for some DRINKS. An off-day "at the office" is one thing, anyone that's worked fastfood knows....but the consistency of the disappointment is ridiculous. The franchise owner (or corporate) need to step up a bit.

I put an online order and arrived nine minutes, it was supposed to be ready. I checked in online And about five minutes later, a car hop came out but he had another order and not mine. Finally, I hit the button to talk to someone and asked If my order was ready, because i've been there over twenty minutes. The person who answered said they were waving on the onion rings. They finally brought out my order twenty eight minutes after I arrived. When I got it home The onion rings were hot and everything else was ice cold.

Waited 35 minutes for 2 drinks tonight after ordering on the app. Drinks were good but wait was ridiculous. This happens quite often during the night time at this location. They also seemed to have messed up another order ahead of us as well as it taking way to long to begin with.

8/6/2024: came back a few days later, giving yâall another chance. Itâs raining, no awning over the Drive Thru ordering area. Sitting there for 3 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, getting the inside of my car wet. Finally, someone responds with âbe with you in a momentâ. Another minute laterâŠ. NO ONE else was in the drive thru line. And please donât respond telling ME to reach out to the franchise owner. This is YOUR reputation on the line, not mine. #do-better
8/2/2024: âwe canât take your order right now, our system is downâ This is the response I get at the drive-in window during lunchtime on a Friday. Do you all not own a calculator, can you not do basic math? When this location is up and running, their service already is pretty lacking; routinely gets orders wrong, very slow service, etc.
