This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The cook had an attitude and the waitress (small Hispanic girl) forgot half of my order. We waited 25 min. To receive food and didn’t get but one cup of coffee(no refill). I have come here for many years but will not come again with this staff working. There were items on the bill that we didn’t receive. Totally disgusted.

Me and my friends arrived a little before midnight. Took almost 30 minutes to take our order. About 45 minutes later the waffles came out for two of my friends. About 30 minutes later my grits and my grits came out. About 10 minutes later he gets his plate. About 15 more minutes my plate comes out with the bread burnt. It was so hard the knife couldn’t cut it. Waitress said she would have it remade, but at this point we have already wasted enough time. Plenty of help working, just to busy taking smoke breaks and being lazy. I will never eat at the Butner Waffle House again.
