I don’t write tons of reviews, but this experience NEEDED to be shared. Me and my two friends (all around 18) walked into the Waffle House at around 8:45 when we arrived and as soon as we entered, we were not greeted. We were not told to seat ourselves. We slowly shuffled to the booth in hopes that we were doing was right. Our server came to the table 5 minutes after we had all been sitting there, asked us to order, however did not ask for a drink first or greet us. I couldn’t even tell you her name because she did not even introduce herself once we got our food, which was delicious. I’ll give it to the cooks. We were then not checked on after that. She absentmindedly handed us our tickets and shuffled off to complain to the other waitstaff. She then turned to her friend and said “why aren’t they in school?” My thought to this was “why aren’t YOU in school?” So in conclusion if you’re looking for service I would not make this a stop again. My eggs were delicious and my friends said their food was good as well, classic Waffle House food, zero hospitality. I hope they don’t remain under current management much longer because whatever they’re doing in the ways of training is not adequate. I sincerely hope to return at a later date to the same food but maybe a server who wanted to be at her job. I hope these adults learn how to treat people better than they do teenagers.

I don’t write a ton of reviews but I HAD to share this. I am really big on customer service but this location really LACKS it. I walked into this location early Sunday morning and sat the bar. No one greeted me and my daughter when we walked in the door nor did they say anything at the bar. I then proceed to walk to the cash register to place a to go order. Multiple employees stood at the bar but completely ignored us as we waited to order. Eventually one woman who stood at the register finally looked at me and said “oh if you want to order to go you have to order online” I was confused because how was I supposed to know that? Not to mention a couple came in after us and were greeted immediately as they walked. Ultimately they said if we want to dine in we can sit anywhere so we sat down only to wait again for someone to come over to take our order. Eventually I decided to leave and get food elsewhere. Also I want to emphasize that it was not crowded and many of the employees were not doing anything but chose to ignore us. It was about 8am. I refuse to spend my money in establishments with this low quality customer service.

Sun 9/22/24 415 pm. Ray the cook. And the waitress were absolutely amazing. It's honestly what the waffle house is supposed food . Service. Cleanliness. Was amazing!!!!

This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The cook had an attitude and the waitress (small Hispanic girl) forgot half of my order. We waited 25 min. To receive food and didn’t get but one cup of coffee(no refill). I have come here for many years but will not come again with this staff working. There were items on the bill that we didn’t receive. Totally disgusted.
