The service is generally fast, with friendly and very hardworking workers who are busy yet polite and go above and beyond for all customers, although there have been reports of long wait times in the drive-thru, possibly due to being very under staffed. The cleanliness of the restaurant is commendable. Wendy's introduced a pumpkin Frosty for Halloween, and a customer suggested adding cranberry, eggnog, banana, or raspberry flavors for Thanksgiving and Christmas. An impressive aspect is the dedication of employees, who try their best to get all the orders out even when overwhelmed.
