Tried ghost pepper chicken for the first time. Overall happy with it. Slightly disappointed that it wasn't as spicy hot as I thought. The order taker was slightly abrupt but made up for it when I reached the window.

Oh, I usually go to the McDonald’s across the street today i went into the Wendy’s to get a double cheeseburger combo meal good fast service girl rang me up I see they had a pumpkin Frosty so I got the combo with the pumpkin frosty food was hot fries were hot. I think I got my food literally less than a minute, because there was no one else in the store except drive-through, and like I said everything was clean everybody was nice had a good attitude. It was so nice visit. My only complaint is that you have a pumpkin Frosty for Halloween how about a cranberry flavored frosting for Thanksgiving and an eggnog flavored frosting for Christmas? it may be banana or raspberry flavor frosting like throughout the year. I think that would be a pretty good mix up.

This location has major issues from the management to some of the employees. I even called corporate with no call back as promised from the manager and/ or district manager of this location. Long post short: I have a strong feeling the employees are stealing when cash paying customers pay. They gave me the wrong change and the wrong receipt and when I went in to get this matter corrected the staff on duty at the time of this incident had a bad attitude because I called them out on it. If Corporate actually take the time to investigate this location, they will discover some shady activities. Cash paying customers: ASK FOR A RECEIPT and check the actual receipt. They can't really steal when customers use their debit/credit because it's tracked by data....but they are definitely pocketing from the cash paying customers. I'm not saying all the employees are doing this... that would not be fair, but on this visit, they got caught and then got an attitude with me because I wanted my correct change and receipt.... as of today, I am still waiting on my change and receipt.

Every single time I bring my children up here to eat the dining room is never open. The attitude of employees are horrible. I call and ask why the dining room isn’t open ever and I get “maam there are only 2 of us in here” and proceeds to hang up the phone. This is the worse wendys I have ever experienced with customer service. If you don’t have but 2 people working then don’t even open up.

It’s a manager that drops people food on the floor says it kills germs . They all have nasty attitudes they answer the intercom with no Customer Service!!! They tell you they don’t have certain things cause they don’t feel like fixing them. My 5 years old ate a nugget and lost a tooth by them being so hard and old like it was from days ago. All around terrible needs new staff . Staff be outside smoking weed manager takes orders from the store seen her walk across the yard.

WENT BY WENDY'S IN BUTNER ON TUESDAY NIGHT BETWEEN 9 AND 10 STOOD AT COUNTER FOR ALMOST10 MINUTES DIDN'T GET ASKED BY ANYONE WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER .ONE GUY WALKED UP LIKE HE WAS GOING TO WAIT ON ME AND TURNED AROUND AND WALKED OFF . Food was good. Workers friendly, but the wait in drive thru was horrible! The wait was over 20 minutes! I'm sure they're short staffed! People need to go back to work!!UPDATE: ordered breakfast on the app. Went to the drive thru to order. It was taking much longer than usual. When I got to the window, I didn't see anyone working inside. The wonderful lady working apologized for the wait and said that she was THE ONLY Person working! This was at 8:30 am, and she said she would be alone until 11:30 today! This woman deserves a raise and a medal! Someone at Corporate should recognize her dedication! Thank You beautiful server!!
