We are regulars here! Tonight as I was eating my Food I looked down and saw a hair in my sour cream! The Manger (Jose) came over and blamed me , saying it was mine ! This was our favorite restaurant up until tonight! Very Unprofessional
My family and I have loved Papa’s & Beer since they opened in Dallas. My husband and I had a terrible experience on Easter. We ordered off the lunch menu unaware that they don’t have a lunch menu on Sundays.(Completely understand not having it on the weekends, but it wasn’t clear in the menu and our server said nothing about it) My husband ordered a quesadilla grande thinking that it came with carnitas spinach and mushrooms.
