Food is always good.... until you are faced with staff that don't care... and soak your sandwich in mayo or forget to cut in half. The service is so so. I have tried calling ahead and actually ended up driving there before anyone came back to the phone to take my order. The store is usually clean but the prep area is a mess. Its sad really, to see the employees bring a business down, it is happening more so then not. The real kicker is $25-30 for 2 sandwich's!!!! That's...

Honestly was a surprise to my step-father and I. He had always enjoyed the cheesesteak at this chain but this was unexpected. Visiting out of town, we stopped here to see what they got going on. Loved. It. Even joked about using this restaurant as a valid excuse to drive to this town!
As someone who grew up in PA, this hit the spot just right. Highly recommend! Delicious!

Fantastic Subs and Friendly Service!

I recently visited Penn Station East Coast Subs in Dallas, NC, and had an amazing experience. The subs were absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients and perfectly grilled. I tried the classic Italian sub, and it was packed with flavor. The fresh-cut fries were crispy and tasty, and the hand-squeezed lemonade was a refreshing treat.
