my wife and myself visited this morning and was very unsatisfied. There were literally 8 people working behind the counter and tripping over each other while simple orders took well over 30 minutes and after we finally got our food the food was on the burned side and cold. There should be half this many people running the shift. in defense of our server she kept our coffee full and a great attitude when she wasn't tripping over the other 7 people behind the counter.
it seems like the waffle house never change. we understand there are new rules when we go out to eat now. but you didn't post anything on your door and sure didn't greet people as we came in and tell us what to do. we had to ask. on top of that waitress didn't care if they turned the tables quick enough and the Manger sure doesn't know how to handle the place. the waitress that thought it was okay to still run her mouth after the ppl left and the Manger done nothing just let her...read full review
