After a great hike on our way down we stopped here for ice cream. The ice cream was so delicious and the waffle cones were freshly prepared and still warm when handed to us. I got the red velvet waffle cone with cookies and cream ice cream. The staff were friendly, sweet and fast. This will have to be our new stop after each hike.

Some of the most delicious ice cream I've ever had! I got mine served in a warm red velvet cone. If you live within an hour of here, it's worth the drive.

I tried the cookies and cream ice cream on a red velvet cone. SO GOOD! The cones are hot which sounds odd but it’s good, you do have to eat it fast though because it melts.

This is legit tasting ice cread. Get the butter pecan and youll thank me later.

Basically outside Hanging Rock State Park. Well placed essentially. You literally walk along a porch to order. There are four picnic tables to the right of the porch, all shaded, with a trash can. Pets welcome. This is the only place to sit so nothing inside. Parking can be tight near the building and very makeshift. But you can park wherever.

Unique with the flavored waffle cones and this stuck out to me. Has vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, and blueberry waffle cones. About 12 flavors of ice cream to choose from. My concoction consisted of cookies and cream on a chocolate waffle cone. All excellent.

Pictures are posted for prices and I thought price was reasonable relative to other places.

A wonderful gym in Rural Danbury outside of Hanging Rock State Park. Waffle cones (multiple flavors) made to order. And very good homemade ice cream. Today was Lemon Crunch ice cream on a blueberry waffle cone. So good!!!!

Awesome place to visit

Homemade waffle cones and homemade ice cream made with love. Some of the best Ice cream around with great hospitality. If you go once; you are hooked. Think of it like this... this ice cream doesn't have all the nasty chemicals in it that store bought ice cream does because it's homemade. You have a bonus win on both it.....
