What a GEM of a Cafe!!! We had a late lunch here today - the gentleman who took our order was so pleasant and welcoming, it felt like we were in a friend's kitchen! The Carnivore flatbread was one of the best I've ever had anywhere - the crust was perfectly cooked and flavorful, every topping was fresh and so tasty! Not a morsel of the Chicken Salad sandwich was left behind and the same for the Pulled Pork Daily Special Sandwich! The space was clean and bright, filled with local pictures and information. We were so stuffed from the delicious food that there was no room for what looked like the best chocolate chip cookie and Brownie I've seen in a long time!!! Be sure to check this place out in Danbury!!!

Sandwich shop still serving food on paper plates/trays & plastic utensils. My pet peeve is that we should be eating off of real plates & silverware, not trashing the environment.

My wife and I went here while moving between Airbnb’s as our house is being worked on for many weeks. We have a three week old and a toddler. It was a very pleasant family environment, and the food was absolutely delicious. As you can imagine we haven’t been eating very well and this food was a very refreshing and delicious option. Also very well priced for food these days. Definitely a place to bring out-of-town visitors.
