First time here and it was delicious, Got a Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake and it was a 10/10. Staff is also really nice and kind, I would definitely recommend!

Some employees can really give a business a bad rep. Had an older lady PUSH my friend and be rude to her. It was hectic because of free cone day but no need to be rude, I say this because other employees didn’t say anything while moving a bench, no “excuse me” or “could you give us some room” nothing & incase you’re wondering there was plenty of space there for them to walk forward while moving the bench it was just heavy I assume bc they kept wobbling. Oh and the same lady that pushed my friend also accused us of throwing signs on the ground when they had fallen prior to us even being there. The staff once we got inside was very friendly and cool. I’ve worked in retail and customer service for years so I understand people having a bad day or nerves so no need to be all smiles but one thing for sure is there is never a reason to be rude. Just wanted to bring that to the establishments attention so that future customers don’t have the same experience. THE COW WAS GREAT!!! Very kind and definitely excited the kids!!

The female employee with bobbed hair, camo pants, and a tie-dye shirt was extremely rude and snarky, both to customers and her fellow employees. She showed no sense of hospitality, respect, or professionalism. If I were the young man working there, I would have quit on the spot—no one deserves to be treated that way. He was doing a good job and certainly didn’t deserve to be reprimanded in front of customers. It made me uncomfortable and the other customers uncomfortable. I won’t be back.

This shop is great. Awesome ice cream, young staff that are super respectful, clean store, fresh made waffle cones. What more could you ask for. They also sell their ice cream at Davidson College Football and basketball games. So fun.

Ben & Jerry's in Davidson is our go-to for ice cream in the Huntersville/Davidson area. They have the flavors we want and are always generous with samples and explanations of their creative combinations. Huge fan!
We’re in Davison for a trip to a local spot my grandkids love to go to and they insisted we go to the Ben and Jerry’s wasn’t disappointing. Very good. Enjoyed it.

Had a very disappointing experience with them. Ordered two milkshakes, and they were as watery as watery could be. When you pay over $20 for two milkshakes (nothing fancy at all, literally just two regular milkshakes), you would expect them to be rich, cold, thick, and creamy. You would not, however, expect them to be barely cold, super watery, and rather flavorless. Also, the two workers that were there clearly were not having a good night, and did not want to be there. One had quite a bit of attitude, and the other seemed like he was simply trying to get through the night and get away from the one with the attitude. All in all, very disappointing.
