I love the outdoor seating atmosphere at this Ben & Jerry’s location! It’s a great space with plenty of events and live music throughout the year. Would recommend!

Went to pick up Uber eats 8//82025. Young kids working there said the customer already picked up their order. The kids were supposed to leave the order there for me to deliver it. I was getting about 12 dollars. Instead I drove there for nothing, no pay. This is ridiculous!!!

This is a great place to stop into anytime you're in Davidson for great ice cream!! When the owner isn't here scooping her fingers to the bone, she's out supporting the community.
I recently purchased a large party pack for my son’s 12th birthday party and the team was fantastic! They were patient, explaining thoroughly and answering all my questions- they even patiently communicated with my son about topping choices!
We decided to go in and get some ice cream on his actual birthday and the young lady was so fantastic (and had actually prepped our party pack 2 days earlier than we planned to pick them up) that I decided to buy a second party pack and have NO regrets!
5 stars all the way! Great service- great work- great experience!!!

First time here and it was delicious, Got a Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake and it was a 10/10. Staff is also really nice and kind, I would definitely recommend!

Some employees can really give a business a bad rep. Had an older lady PUSH my friend and be rude to her. It was hectic because of free cone day but no need to be rude, I say this because other employees didn’t say anything while moving a bench, no “excuse me” or “could you give us some room” nothing & incase you’re wondering there was plenty of space there for them to walk forward while moving the bench it was just heavy I assume bc they kept wobbling. Oh and the same lady that pushed my friend also accused us of throwing signs on the ground when they had fallen prior to us even being there. The staff once we got inside was very friendly and cool. I’ve worked in retail and customer service for years so I understand people having a bad day or nerves so no need to be all smiles but one thing for sure is there is never a reason to be rude. Just wanted to bring that to the establishments attention so that future customers don’t have the same experience. THE COW WAS GREAT!!! Very kind and definitely excited the kids!!
