If I could put zero I would do it… the place so dirty employees so unpleasant and unfriendly food it’s no longer tasty… so sad how a company that has years in the market is little y little losing its essence.

Fries ALWAYS HARD numerous times..incorrect order when going through drive thru...Sweet Tea taste like crap..have visited this location multiple times..always same thing..chicken supreme nasty overcooked..or have been sitting under heat lamp.Not spending my money here anymore I am finshed.

I took a bit to write this. Last Thursday I stopped in after a long hot (feels like 105) day at work to buy dinner. I went inside to order and was assisted by Ken. Ken was just fantastic, just what I needed after a crazy day at work. He was so personable and made me laugh. I told him last few times I ordered for delivery from Huntersville location and they consistently get order wrong, so he made sure I had great experience at his Davidson location. Not enough stars for Mr. Ken. This man deserves a raise and I will be buying from this location from now on.

Best bojangles in the area. I drive out of my way to go here. Staff is fast and attentive. Food is better than other bojangles some how.

Place my order at the kiosk at 12:09 PM. I was not handed my food until 12:38. In that nearly 30 minutes of waiting inside the restaurant for my order, I watched no less than 18 cars place their drive-thru orders and get their food. Myself and other people waiting inside had to tell the employees verbally what we ordered so because they were marking our orders completed in the system before even making them to not reflect the ridiculous wait times.

Stay away from this place. They can’t seem to count. Get an education and learn to count. When someone orders a 3 piece dinner it DOESNT mean 2 pieces. I would never go to this place again!!
Service was fantastic but the food was just awful, biscuits were hard as a rock, sausage was like leather and the Cajun chicken biscuit was tough and chewy

Food was meh bet even more than that was the poor customer service at the drive thru line. She didn’t even say two words to me and was rude when I asked one question. This was my first Bojangles experience since I just moved from Texas and won’t be going back. I’d choose McDonald’s over this place
