Awful don’t waste your time or money
Terrible food. I gave it two tries. 0/10. Staff was super nice.

After a Drs appt I ordered some lunch for my children and I. We ate in the car on the way home. By the time we got home all of our stomach were hurting. We only had fries and tenders and ended up with what seems like food poisoning. I will never go to location again. Something isn't right all 3 of us been up all night with stomach issues. #gross #disgusted

*Machine got my order wrong*
It’s happened twice now (at 2 different locations) that the drive-thru automatic machine took my order and got it wrong.
Please hire a human to take the orders.

I haven't been in awhile. They have outsourced ordering in the drive through. It was extremely frustrating and I absolutely will not be back.

Picked up food through the drive thru today and have to give credit where it’s due. Kaylee was on top of it. After the ai drive thru took my order she jumped in to double check everything and made sure it was right before I pulled off. You could tell she cared about getting it right and keeping things moving. Bojangles needs more like her.

They messed my 20 pieces order up twice,Marcus the Manger did try to fix it the 2nd time the chicken wasn't fully cooked and my kids got sick so I called the next morning to let them know and the morning Manger had a horrible attitude I took the uncooked chicken back all I wanted was my order fixed,she gave me half my money back,I called a few days later to try to talk to a district Manger and she blocked my number.this is so unprofessional and childish.i order from there at least once a week!
Lunch time hour, slow paced employees holding up people on their lunch break. Kiosk ordering is nice but has its inconveniences when guests dont know how to use technology. Staff if friendly but sluggish...came back another day....there are 4 tables waiting on food in the dining room at 1pm....this place needs to be observed by real management

This place has gone completely downhill in the last 6 months.
First the employees could barely take your order and give you the correct thing, then they switched to the AI ordering crap, where an employee still has to sit there listening to you order and manually type it in AND THEY STILL GET YOUR ORDER WRONG.
And now they only staff 3 people at a time and the manager only looks like they’ve been conscious on this earth for 3 days, so it takes 5-10 minutes to get your food during normal hours.
Or God forbid you go there when there’s more than 10 people in the store and it takes them 45 minutes to get you your food, coming out to your car asking for your receipt that you don’t have because you weren’t given one at the window because they forgot what your order was and once they finally give you your food, half of it is MISSING AND/OR WRONG anyways.

If I could put zero I would do it… the place so dirty employees so unpleasant and unfriendly food it’s no longer tasty… so sad how a company that has years in the market is little y little losing its essence.
I waited 10 minutes just to have a soggy chicken sandwich with cold fries. Bojangles is not what used to be.
