Food was meh bet even more than that was the poor customer service at the drive thru line. She didn’t even say two words to me and was rude when I asked one question. This was my first Bojangles experience since I just moved from Texas and won’t be going back. I’d choose McDonald’s over this place

Don’t even waste your time or money. This location, and the other huntersville location for that matter, consistently mess up your order. Whether something is forgotten or just made incorrectly, rest assured something will be wrong. My family and I come to this location for the convenience but we will never spend another dollar with them again. This was just another reason not to come. We ordered and bacon egg and cheese biscuit. When we opened the wrapper it was just 2 sorry pieces of bacon on a biscuit. No egg. No cheese. I guess they thought I didn’t deserve what I paid for.

If I could give them a zero I would. This particular bojangles, not speaking for any other bojangles just this one. The employee simply don't care, you spend your hard earn money just for them to get your order wrong every single time. I been here multiple time saying to myself maybe today will be different but no it never changes. Then they always make you wait, just to bring you out some cold food. I dont waste you money going to this bojangles try another. This one is trash

Unfortunately, this location’s food is ok & service is awful. My latest adventure was waiting 20 minutes for a side of fries to complete my order. I was instructed there was a wait and asked to wait on the other side of the drive thru with hazards lights on. I was the 2nd car waiting so after no update or order, I decided to walk myself inside. No one was aware that customers were outside waiting, order prepared, and a handful of fries with cold, dried out chicken.
No breasts, fries were hard, chicken was greasy. Not a good experience for my second visit.

I just had one of the worst experience at this bojangles, Wednesday 11 sep at around 9.30am. A gentleman in front of me was totally trashed by the cashier who was rude, descending and obnoxious to the sweet man. He gave up and left without his food. I placed my order and the cashier had an attitude and was so so rude. It was a very weird atmosphere in there over all. I frequent this restaurant quite often but I will probably never go back. I suggest the management look closer into who they hire.
