We love it! Service was good, food and drinks were great! The atmosphere is nice, reminds me of an old train station (which it may have been since it sits beside a railroad track).

Recently we returned to the Brickhouse Tavern. Previously we had better service and food. During this visit our waitress disappeared for 20 minutes on 2 separate occasions. My wife's baked potato was old and potentially reheated. Her crab cakes were at best a 4 out of 10. My steak was great but honestly we probably won't be returning..atleast anytime soon. Hopefully management will make the necessary changes . We would gladly try again ✌️? followus@johncauble via Facebook

Our family recently got a to go order and once we got home we realized food was forgotten. It was too late/far away to return so I called and spoke to Nick. He removed the item from our bill but also told me the next time I came in there would be a gift card waiting with my name on it. I went back this weekend and sure enough Nick and the staff had a gift card which was super thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Thanks y’all, that was a very nice touch!

Great atmosphere. I was there for Happy Hour so I didn't eat but it smelled good, looked good and it was crowded which should say

What a nice surprise finding this gem near Davidson College. Enjoyed lunch with the family in one of two areas of the restaurant. We sat in the large bar area which seemed to be the place for area business folk grabbing a bite to eat. There is also another large area which was full of local people probably friends having a nice lunch together. The place is a restored building dating way back so the architecture is really cool. Did I tell you they have a brick oven for pizzas? We didn't have pizzas but I had the Club sandwich that was so big I took the other half home. My son had the Hamburger that was huge and cooked perfect and my wife had a French Dip style sandwich. The restaurant is very nice whether you are someone getting off the golf course, between classes, or having a business lunch, you would feel right at home. All was great including the service.Parking: Seemed like lots of free off street parking on a weekday for lunch, but definitely not a place for work trailers, campers, or a boat.

The service was fast and friendly. The wonton chicken and rice soup is the best! And the Asian BC dressing goes perfectly with fried pork wontons! Two favorites that I haven't found anywhere else!

We come to the bar and have more apps than dinner. Our bartenders are always great. Love the atmosphere. The food is ok but I'm also a chef so hard to please my palet. But overall great!!

Another favorite place with great service and an awesome atmosphere. Spinach and artichoke dip will have you full before your main meal. But the ACME pizza... The best. I'm not vegetarian but I can't help but get that pizza every time, it's so good.

A little off the beaten path but easy to get to. The service was prompt and professional. The food was decent. It was pretty basic but flavorful and fresh. Not sure I would make a 30 min drive for the food but definitely would eat there again if I was in the area. I will note that we did not get pizza and the pizza did look and smell delicious.

We'd been to the Brickhouse on the way home to Virginia after landing at the airport in the past, and decided to enjoy it again. The place was hopping busy and the employees were running to keep up with the needs of the patrons, always polite and smiling.Maureen was our server and she was friendly and efficient. In addition, the food was excellent! We will be back!

Meh, unfortunate that the food is so mediocre because it's a great location in Davidson and the building is nice. Took 4 people with me and had a beer or two while we waited for our table. Beer selection was good and no issues with the wait. Unfortunately food was mediocre, no one really cared for their meal. Maybe next time we will try their pizza?

We are very close to Brickhouse. We visit often. I get a gluten free pizza and it is always delicious. The house and caeser salads are fresh and great. It is a staple and will continue to be.

They were very nice. The waitress was very helpful and easy going. I don't know. It felt nice and you want to spend the day there.. also love the fact that the bathroom was clean that's very important. I said brunch because we got there at 11:30 but it was lunch. We had pizza.Vegetarian options: I had the Mediterranean pizza without the Sausage.Parking: As you enter the parking lot, it's like a share parking lot. So yeah, quite quite spacious and available parking spots.Kid-friendliness: A lot of families were there with their kids And the entire time I was thinking my son would love it.
