Disappointing Experience – Won’t Be Returning
This was my first time visiting this taqueria, and unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. The customer service was incredibly unhelpful, especially for a first-time visitor who could have used some guidance. Instead, I felt like the staff had a “too cool for you” attitude, which made the ordering process uncomfortable.
I ordered 4 shrimp tacos and 2 drinks, and the bill came to $50. For that price, I expected something much better. The tacos were as basic as it gets, and frankly, I could have made them better at home. I’m genuinely surprised this place has good reviews; the food is lackluster at best.
Even if the service were friendlier, the food itself needs a serious upgrade to match the premium price they’re charging. Overall, a lot would need to change before I’d even consider coming back.
I only see this place earning any money is because the rival is Taco Bell…
Ps. The guac isn’t fresh. Asked for an avocado for my son and they couldn’t..

We ordered online tonight for three people. The bill was slightly over $50 with no drinks. The pork in the burritos and salad was dry and tasteless. The chips tasted like the oil they were cooked in was old, and the side of guacamole we ordered had more “stuff” in it than Avacado. Overall it was a terrible meal. I typically would give them some Grace if it was one thing, but the entire meal was cold and tasteless.

I spent 30 minutes trying to call them to place a Togo order, to never get through at 5:50-6:20PM on a Wednesday. Also none of the online order links work. Even the Uber eats app doesn’t have all the options (especially for tacos). I finally decided to drive and place my order, in person; once there no one seemed to care that the phones aren’t working. I hate to say this but if this kind of inconvenience continues I will find another more convenient option. I I hope this brings attention to the right people and they get the pickup and online ordering issues fixed before this severely effect's their business, as I know I’m not the only person who prefers Togo to delivery.
