Flatiron is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is cozy yet sophisticated, perfect for both a casual night out and a special occasion. The menu is an incredible blend of New American fare with a unique flair—every dish is crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients that truly make a difference in flavor.
What truly elevated our experience was our incredible server, Madison. She was an absolute delight—warm, attentive, and so knowledgeable about the menu. Madison made fantastic recommendations, and her friendly demeanor made us feel so welcomed and cared for. It’s clear she takes pride in providing exceptional service, and it made the night all the more special.
If you’re looking for top-notch dining with impeccable service, I can’t recommend Flatiron enough. We’ll definitely be back—and asking for Madison again!

If you are looking for a great meal, good music and, wonderful service then flatiron is the place to be! The chef has put out a delicious fall menu that also includes a weekly plant special. They’ve also rolled out a brand new craft cocktail menu! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for something new!

The Salmon entrée and the Duroc pork entrée were perfectly cooked and delicious!, as was the Witches Brew cocktail made of gin, rosemary, and blackberry. My only regret is that we had no room left for the Creme Brulee suggested by our most excellent server. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Recently visited and the service was good. 7 people and 5 of the 7 steak dinners were over cooked and tuff to eat Intact I basically had 1/2 of mine and could not finish. If you order medium well it’s actually well done in this restaurant. My bill was was approximately 1k and the tip was 144.00 I’m sorry but I would never recommend this so called high end restaurant to anyone
Chicken was cold and vegetables barely warm. Steak ordered medium well and was well done as was others at the table and was definitely not a prime cut.. Steak served barely warm Service was great

Second time visiting in last month, very poor management both times. Totally under staffed, food under cooked. Sent back salmon 2 times for being raw in the middle, just ended up leaving. Avoid this until they figure out how to correctly staff. so disappointed to read your reply........false and offensive.

Davidson has a number of excellent restaurants, but this is our favorite. It provides the most memorable and dishes, not quite like anywhere else. The menu doesn't look that large at first glance, but everything on it is distinctive and executed really well. The wine list is also outstanding -- again, for quality over quantity. I've had the plant-based entrees a number of times and they are often fantastic, especially a chick pea in coconut curry a few weeks ago. More recently, we enjoyed the salmon and haddock entrees -- the salmon is served over a bed of parmagian risotto with a rich, delicious truffle oil and bathed in a mushroom tea. The haddock was also fantastic.
