This is one of if not our favorite restaurant in Charlotte with vegan options. The South Indian flavors are incredible and the dosas are huge and filling. We go here all the time and love the Veg/gobi Manchurian dry, Chole batura, Dosas and tiffin specials. HOWEVER, you need to be CAREFUL with the menu because even though it says VEGAN, somethings have ghee. I believe the things that say Vegan specifically without paneer (cheese). We have told the owners this several times but...
We usually visit this place about once a quarter. The food that we have tried is usually great. Like dosa, Chole bhuture, hakka noodles, singapore rice. Their dosas so far are best as compared what other restaurants and Indian stores offer in the surrounding areas. I suggest visiting this place.
One finds the best foods from India at this place. They have a very wide variety of vegetarian foods from practically all regions of India.
