I just had a mocha cookie crumble from the store and Augusta at Starbucks went above and beyond in crafting my Mocha Cookie Crumble drink! Not only was it perfectly blended with just the right amount of chocolatey goodness and cookie crumbles, but Augusta's attention to detail and friendly service made my experience exceptional. Stop here weekly and the baristas are always nice and go out of their way to make you happy. There is no drive through at this location, it’s inside Harris Teeter.

Usually, I go to the drive through and experience the.best customer svc ever. But, today I went in and breanna shoved our drinks to us. She did not say thank you or acknowledge us other than shoving our drinks at us. The cream was also over done. I actually had cream with a shot of coffee. That is how light my drink was made. Starbucks is usually polite. I am accustomed to professional behavior when I go to any Starbucks. Today was unprofessional period.

I've been here a few times, afraid the english is not good, they can't hear me give the picture of the cofee I want oder and the price of that cofee I bought this cofee is 7-8 years in a row every day but elsewhere they very happily they made my cofee wrong and the price was double, i said wrong but they didn't listen to me explain talk to me angrily, even though i showed them pictures and price in starbuck app, two old women working here they treat me badly, they see me as Asian so they don't greet me they talk loudly with me, meet American clients they are happy welcome, i come back the next day they do too, but they say not to sell the cofee I drink because the cofee machine is missing but I think they don't want to sell it to me. I feel very sad because I live in the US, work legally and pay taxes and I am a legal US citizen, why must I be stigma...

Employees weren't nice at all. There was no line and when I came up they were snobby and acting as if I were ruining their day. I did ask if my Target card would work here and she shrugged and I tried it only for it not to work and had to give her cash. She was a bit irritated with me about that.I asked for a caramel frap with less ice, no whip and extra caramel. They put in extra ice, whip and less caramel. It didn't taste good at all tasted like bad milk.I went to another Starbucks and they remade it for me no charge.I love Starbucks but NOT this one. Don't come to this location.
