Not what it once was… quality is down. Staff is mediocre it’s honestly sad, but I’m glad the owners have made it profitable for themselves. I’ll never go back.

I love Summit coffee but the visit was not a great experience. Bad smell, poor communication, and croissant was doughy and greasey. Sad.

Great music, great coffee, great playground for kids. Central part of the community.

Love love love Summit Coffee.

Parking can be hit or miss especially on the weekends. It is street parking 2 hour max. On Saturdays there is a flourishing farmers market full of fresh veggies, food, honey, and local meats. Come early because it gets busy!

They're one of the few shops who make their own pastry. It is amazing. Fresh, delicate, buttery, incredible flavor. I highly recommend the tomato feta Danish and the blueberry scone. Try dipping bits of your scone in their rotating drip coffee. I tried sweater weather today based on Gabes recommendation.

Their lattes are awesome as well! Each cup is perfectly crafted with micro foam and a beautiful design. A++

The shop gives off chill vibes and is full of plants, an upstairs with board games, and plenty of places to sit outside.

Parking: Limited parking when it's busy

Summit not only has amazing coffee and delicious feta and herb scones, but they’ve also created a true sense of community. I love attending my run club on Wednesday and Sunday mornings and meeting up for coffee at Summit afterward. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and connect with others after a good run. The welcoming atmosphere makes it so much more than just a coffee shop—it’s a community hub.

What a special community gathering place this is. The staff is lovely. The atmosphere in and outside is easy-going and welcoming. I am a graduate student and I often study at Summit ☕️. I love seeing all of the staff as they are very friendly and helpful.

The coffee was ok, their blueberry muffin was very dry. The cafe itself is adorable, bathrooms were clean, plenty of spots to sit, and the AC works VERY well!!! I'd give em a second chance

My favorite place to get coffee in davidson. Awesome place to study, especially upstairs. Bring a jacket because the AC is strong but the staff is lovely and scones are delicious

I've been going to Summit Coffee to work on my research almost every other workday and every weekend, the staff is always kind and nice, great coffee (the best Mocha you'll ever have!), and upstairs has AC now!!!
The pastries are lovely, however, sometimes they're not properly covered, and you can see flies around them. Bathrooms can definitely be cleaner. Other than that, I love this coffee shop!

Very cute. It's in an older part of town so you get a more rustic shop. It can get very busy on weekends due to college kids and it just being a popular place. Same with the mornings. It's a fun and very aesthetic place to be to hang out with people or get work done. The lack of booths and comfy chairs do make it hard to sit there for longer than an hour or two though if you're trying to spend a good amount of time on some work. It can also get very loud downstairs and upstairs (usually because of college kids). I recommend it more for socializing :)

The food and drinks are great. It's a little more on the pricey side (close to Starbucks in price). I like their blends of coffee much better than Dunkin donuts so if you're a coffee snob like me, I think they've got pretty good coffee. They have a couple herbal slushies and/or drinks but minimal food. The food will vary, it's always got different foods there. Sadly their avocado toast is gone from their menu.

Parking: There is little shop specific parking. It's in the small town of Davidson so there is parking littered around the streets and near the shop.

Wheelchair accessibility: Decently wheelchair accessible from the front. There is an upstairs that is steps only, and the back porch drops down and again is steps only to get off of it. Inside hosts small tables and doesn't seem like there'd be a whole lot of space for a wheelchair.

This location was adorable and perfectly placed downtown next to a book store. Super kid friendly with coloring page menus and a small play area out back. Additional study space on the second floor. I had a cookie and one of their lavender oatmilk latte, both were delicious!

Horrible service, there was a line and the attendant was rushing customers, she didn't answer what was asked in a bad way. I ordered a hot chocolate and it was watery, with very poor quality chocolate.
