I'm not much of a coffee connoisseur so I can't speak about their coffee with any authority although I should point out that Summit Coffee has won several awards for their coffees and take great pride in the quality and the ethical sourcing of their coffee. Cool place to get coffee, tea, a snack and hang out to read. We've gone to hear live music but I heard they also have trivia nights and beer tastings. There's a small seating area on the main floor and a bigger seating area upstairs. There's a really cool space outside behind the shop where there is patio seating as well as a raised porch area.
Latte with whole milk is wonderful and Heaven is the only word to describe their pizza crust... I've never had anything like it. The Peachy Keen Pizza with goat cheese and fresh peaches is amazing. But, man, that crust!
