The phone is rarely answered or you’re left on hold for over 20 minutes. The fries are half cooked - still white and not golden brown. Also, kinda hard from not being cooked all the way.
The burgers are dry, the hotdogs burnt, the chili seems like it’s always at the bottom of the pot and thick/chunky.

Maybe fire whoever answers the phone. The worst phone etiquette I've ever experienced. I love hwy 55 but I will drive to Leland before I will deal with the rudeness of Delco
Customer service was impeccable! The waitress didn't overdo it when it came to asking if we needed anything and just seemed to be on time each time she checked on us, our drinks never got half way gone before being refilled! I actually was in a pretty bad mood upon arriving, and by the time I left I felt so much better just by her being so polite! Definitely recommend Hailee as your waitress!!
