My order was incorrect along with an individual who previously worked there who was taking advantage of customers by making it his business to choose his tip, Well I spoke with the manager in charge after I had realized I had been overcharged, she made the order I had placed prior to be over tipped by the individual, didn’t charge me took down my info and passed it on to the owner he called the very next day made things right plus gave me 2 meals for free . I know if you bring things to the manager and the owner they will make things right , thanks to the young lady who handle this situation and passed it on to the owner Arrow, thank God in Heaven someone still knows true customer service, way to go guys to the owner and his manager you rock the customer service.

Always running out of basic menu items. Ordered a meal online, they ran out of ingredients so I said just cancel it, she did. Never got a refund, emailed hwy55 with no response. Called the store and got no call back. Had to file a dispute for the charge with my bank. This location is also very run down compared to other ones.

The price of the burger was a little bit high but it still was good didn’t know how to order I thought once you order burger fries come with it!! Service was nice first coming by here my wife and son brought me.

The phone is rarely answered or you’re left on hold for over 20 minutes. The fries are half cooked - still white and not golden brown. Also, kinda hard from not being cooked all the way.
The burgers are dry, the hotdogs burnt, the chili seems like it’s always at the bottom of the pot and thick/chunky.
Everytime I try to order some kind of ice cream - whether it’s just a scoop, milkshake or a concrete (or whatever they’re called) they’re out or act like it’s an issue they have to make something other than a drink.
As someone who used to work here, it needs management that actually cares. A team that actually cares. Not the people that are up there now.
