Recently returned home from an extensive road trip and wanted some Bojangles. In my prior experiences, this location was always a great choice. I was shocked to discover that this location had fallen so far from its previous standards. I won't return again.

I'm a driver for Uber Eats. I waited nearly an hour for the order to be done, and then had to drive for half an hour to the delivery location. After dropping off the order, I got a call from the people who placed the order saying there was no chicken with the order. He then verbally chewed ME out, even though it was not my fault. Drivers beware.

Once again we order 3 5 piece supreme meals and all only have 3 pieces , how hard is it to make an order correct this place has gone down hill, last 3 times in drive through and not one correct meal , pathetic !!!!

Me and my wife stopped at this restaurant to have supper. The restaurant seamed to be closed. All the employees were busy running the drive thru. The whole front line was shutdown- no food. All the food was being served from the drive thru area. The restaurant closes at 10:00pm. It was 6:55. Not sure who was managing the restaurant. The fried chicken was cold and not fresh.

I used to like this bojangles but they have gone down hill food is low quality cold and stale and that's if they give you what you order last 3 times I've gone they have forgot something that was paid for I simply just refuse to go again nobody in there cares about there job

First and Last time going here. The Customer Service was lackluster and the food wasn't fresh. Biscuits were hard and sausage was overcooked. The young lady kept insisting that I ordered a Pepsi, and I assured her that I didn't. She put a straw in my bag after I told her, and I handed it back. She seemed to be overwhelmed and in a fog.
