Burger was burnt around the edges. No flavor except burnt.
I was at this Burger King around 2:10 and heard a manager being very loud and using foul language towards a crew member in the store I will not be returning back to this location this needs to be addressed
I just wanted to give a 5 stars to Tracy i think her name is. she has blonde hair and wears glasses. every single time i go through the drive thru she is the sweetest fast food employee i have ever met! i can just tell she is genuinely nice and i come back every time because of her. GIVE TRACY A RAISE there isn’t a lot of employees around like her.
If you've seen a Burger King, this is one. Customer service was quick to take my order, prompt to take payment, and the food was relatively quick to come out. If you like BK as a fast food option, this one will deliver the experience.

This is the 2nd visit in 2 months that I have gotten a cold whopper. What do i need to do to get one that's hot or even warm? The burger was so hard I'm guessing it had been sitting on the griddle since lunch. Stop pushing that on the customers. Its bad enough your prices have gone up so try to at least provide an eatable product. The service is superb, smiles, kindness, professional but the cold sandwiches will keep me and everyone I share this with from ever coming back.

This restaurant is always a treat. The people working here are always lively, helpful, and friendly. Ive never has a bad experience here... When the lobby is open. As someone with inconsistent transportation, it's not always feasible to go through the drive thru. I know this is due to understaffing, so this is in no way directed towards the staff, but it is very demeaning to walk through the drive through to get my food. The staff is amazing, I just know the management is understaffing and overworking their crew.
Three visits, three wrong sandwiches. They can't make an order as it is ordered. The receipt states the correct item but it's npt right in the bag. When you call the store to ask about the constant inaccuracies they say you should try another store, maybe they can make your sandwich as ordered. Hmmmm, poor customer is rampant in this country!

I got 2 whopper jrs with no onions, add cheese. I got onions & no cheese, that means I paid for cheese I didn’t even get.

Our family tried to dine in for breakfast at 8:45am but the dining room was closed even though the dining room hours listed on the door shows 7am-10pm. This is the second time we visited and the dining room was closed during business hours.
The staff was rude and dismissive. It was a bad experience. With so many bad reviews and no changes, it doesn’t seem that managers and franchise owner care or are willing to make any improvements. We will not be visiting this establishment anymore and do not recommend to anyone else unless you just want to pay for terrible service where the dining room does not follow the business hours.

Says on their hours they “close” at 12am, when they lock their doors around 3-4PM for a time being, so no one can go in the restaurant and instead want to force you to go through the drive through.
