Found this place just driving by and decided to give it a try. It was a Thursday night in the place was packed. Great ambiance. Food was delicious I had the French Onion Soup and the chicken Marsala. portions are big and service was exceptional and great value.

***UPDATE***
I sent an email to the manager as per his request. This was two months ago and still no response. Even less “impressed” than before.
We visited Chillfire recently as a group of 10 to celebrate my father-in-law's birthday. The staff friendly and the service was very good. We also enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. They have done a very good job with the decor.
The only real issue we had, sadly, was that the food was mediocre. The seafood options chosen by some members of our party had a strong, and unpleasant, odor. The prime rib I ordered was much more fatty than expected and was served lukewarm. Also, my baked potato was so cold that it was not possible to melt the butter that accompanied it. All in all the food was a disappointment. Based on this visit, we are not inclined to return.

Four of us had a wonderful dinner. We ordered the sevechi tower appetizer, which was pleasantly a large appetizer and the truffle fries, yummy. We all enjoyed them. Each of our dinners were very good! I enjoyed the NC trout! Our server was very friendly and attentive. Sadly, I can't remember his name, for a mention. Great place to enjoy a nice meal!!

My daughter and I visited Chillfire Bar & Grill recently on a Thursday night and had a great experience. We arrived around 8pm and there were plenty of seating options. Our server was very good and food tasted great. We started with the Artisan Bread appetizer which was great. For entrees, we went with Charred Rare Tuna and Filet Mignon. Food tasted great and came out very timely. Overall, we had a great experience!

Great place for a date night! Great food, drinks and service. We had Shanghai shrimp tacos, pecan crusted chicken to eat and it was amazing. The peach Bellini and cherry lime drop martini were very good as well and so refreshing. Our server Amanda was extremely nice and made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely go back!

Chillfire is one of my absolute favorite restaurants, whether it's a girl's night out or a Date Night vibe. The steak flight is everything you could want and the service is a 10/10. Ask for Amanda, she's top tier!!

Our recent dinner at Chillfire was excellent from start to finish, thanks in large part to our server, Amanda, who was warm, attentive, and perfectly timed with every course. She offered thoughtful suggestions, kept our drinks filled, and made the evening feel special without ever being intrusive.
We started with the Oysters Rockefeller, which were a standout appetizer. The oysters were crisp on the outside yet tender inside, layered with creamy spinach and a smoky hint of bacon. The rich Hollandaise tied it all together, creating a bite that was both decadent and well-balanced.
For the main course, the Hand-Cut Premium Ribeye was nothing short of memorable. The 14-oz. steak arrived cooked exactly to order, with a beautiful sear that locked in the juices. The roasted garlic brie butter medallion melted luxuriously over the top, adding a mellow, garlicky richness. The touch of smoked flake salt and cracked pepper enhanced the natural flavor of the beef without overpowering it. Paired with my chosen side, it felt like a true indulgence and worth every penny.
Overall, Chillfire delivered a top-notch dining experience impeccable service, creative dishes, and flavors that linger long after the meal. We’ll be asking for Amanda again on our next visit.

The food was excellent, & definitely worth the higher price point. Portions were just right (although next time we'll split dessert in our to not overstuff ourselves). The staff was very professional, prompt & attentive. Definitely recommend for a formal dinner or date night.

(I consider 3 stars too be average, not bad) Upscale looks and prices too match. Food is good. A bit pricey but worth it, or at least close. Service is as a bit slow (drink refills, etc.) and a bit discombobulated at times. Atmosphere seems good, a bit loud but acceptable. I have eaten here several tmes and will be back. Prime rib was very good. Caesar salad and mac&cheese are very good. Beer and drink menus are pretty good but overpriced all things considered.
