My daughter is 23 years old order is an alcohol beverage. The gentleman asked for her ID and kind of a rude way and my daughter shows him she was born in 2002 license expires in 2028 but the license is Horizontal in a rude way he thought saying nope I can’t serve you’re not gonna get a drink here embarrassing my daughter the manager walks over and says no I don’t know what the law is but we cannot serve you here if that’s their policy. , Fine. Post it Somewhere when you first walk in so Customers don’t have to go through the embarrassment of sitting down and being told like a child they cannot do something and there’s no exclamation why. Then they say maybe when you come from you can get a drink there!!! Well, not only is her face red with embarrassment but with anger as well my daughter is Latina and from up north now they could’ve meant it either way, but still does not make it right if I could give this place a zero star I would and every single person I talk to from Denver to Davison from Charlotte to Statesville will hear about this and my opinion on if they should eat there or not, I will always talk how bad a person is treated and embarrassed. Shame on you citrus for treating your pain customers that way there’s ways to handle things and ways not to Your staff chose the way not to. And there’s no more room for racism there’s enough already. Do better too much better.

Great diner with extensive menu. Biscuits were great. Good amount of fat and bite made a sturdy sandwich. Also had the French onion soup omelette. Novel idea. It was good but I probably pick something else.
Grits were good. They have a bit of heat from black pepper. But the grits were soft.
Service was outstanding.
Coffee was great as well.
Would go back

This is Denver Gem! The food is excellent, the people are great, and the ambiance is so cool! I had a lovely raspberry mimosa with Nora's Tacos and couldn't have been more pleased!
Can't wait to go back! 🥰
Friends and I met here for Brunch on Saturday ! We were very impressed with everything, Food, Service, EVERYTHING !! THANK YOU !
Love the diverse and extensive menu selections. Went for brunch and enjoyed the Italian coffee with my classic Benny. Tried my husbands grits because they looked good and they were delicious. Will get those as a side next time we go. Great addition to the community.

I should’ve know it was going to be a bad experience when I asked for a regular highchair and not that hammock thing for a car seat and was met with an attitude. Then I received my drink which had stuff floating around in the cup. Got a new drink and she took our order and I ordered chicken and waffles. My husband got a chicken biscuit with potatoes. My order came and the chicken was raw. She takes the plate I hear her say to them to redrop the chicken. Which is gross. Then I started talking to my husband about the waffle better be remade as well. Well the guy that was standing near came over and spoke to us and asked if we needed anything. I said something about my waffle being remade he said yes it would be remade. They bring me the “new” food. It was on the same plate. The waffle had so much grease on it still indented from the previous chicken, chicken was brown from the grease, and still raw. My waitress asked if I wanted remade. I said yes. Then I heard her speaking with another woman that was saying it was remade. I went over there and told her it’s fine I didn’t want it no longer. The Second Lady comes over there swearing it was remade. I said it’s okay I didn’t want it no more. Showed her where it was still raw and she said it’s pink because of it being a thigh. I said I still don’t want it. I know how thighs are suppose to be. I got my baby back in his car seat and walked out. Only apologize was from our waitress she said sorry about that guys. On the car ride to somewhere else to get me food, my husband told me his chicken was overdone and nasty. So if you want overcooked/undercooked chicken please go to this place.
