Don't understand why my review was taken down. Been back through the place yesterday. And service was downright horrible, you'd think on christmas eve you'd get some special service. No, eberybody treated me poorly. My review was also taken down. I was a little woozy while writing it, i still meant every word.

I do like to eat here on occasion because most of the time the food you get served is pretty good and comes out quick. The main issue is that the speaker doesn’t work for shit. I would say at least half if not more of the times me and my family have eaten here they have gotten out order wrong. The employees are also not great at all. Some of them are nicer than other but most of them do not act professional and the service is just pretty shit overall.

I've been coming here for years and i've never had a problem. Today I placed the same order i've placed for years. I got charged almost ten dollars for a cookout tray. I didn't get my quesadillas. I went back through the drive through , and they made me pay again for the quesadilla . I didn't even get both.I only got one. And they made me pay , so now i'm twelve dollars into a singular cookout tray.
I don't know if management changed or what happened.
Just awful service. And the smug attitude wasn't appreciated either by the girl at the window. Not to mention i had barely even finished speaking and was about to say something else.When one of the other employees shut the window in my face.
Hamburger had slaw on it I didnt order....burger raw on inside..that i do have pics of....so here I sit now at 7 pm....nothing to eat...wasted our gas the first trip

The person working the drive thru windows was very rude
Good food and service. The hamburgers are about the size of a kids meal. You have to eat 2 of them for an adult.

Went just for a watermelon milkshake because I saw it advertised on their billboard on interstate 77. It was September 1st and I was told watermelon milkshakes were only available July and August. I asked since it was only one day after did they not have the ingredients to still make it, she said they had a whole watermelon but couldn't make it since it was after August. Therefore I didn't order anything they lost my business over one day. Very poor customer service.

I cook out like three times a month and love the food, however whoever you had working on this night, five minutes ago from the posting of this review... absolutely needs to be fired. They are shaming your organization (both the rude girl in the speaker and at the window) plus, it's obvious they hate their jobs - and it is definitely NOT their pleasure to serve anyone. If I go back there and they're still there and not yet fired, I may never come back again. Customers in Denver will only forgive you for that level of rude a time or two, then we go away. Many of your other customers feel the same and aren't saying anything, so you're welcome for the feedback
