Not sure who the new Owners are , but the place was dirty… bathrooms, tables, floors…. And as soon as it turn 9:00…. They kicked us out, and not in a nice way. Also, counter windows haven’t been wiped down in days…. NEW OWNERS NEED TO DO BETTER.👎🏼

Not very customer loyal friendly. One punch no matter how many you buy. 5 double scoops cost about 37. You get 1 punch. One person spends 7.and gets 1 punch. 10 similar trips = 370. vs 70. Additionally you only get 4.00 off on 12th purchase.
Should try paying 1 at a time.
Different item but My Brother's Bagel gives you 1 punch per lunch purchased.

Walked in to get ice cream and no employees were present. I called out for assistance, no one responded or came out. I ended up leaving without being serviced.

Slow but the ice cream is worth the wait.

Great place for ice cream! I recommend the chocolate moose tracks flavor!

Went with the grandkids and had a fun time. Enjoyed the ice cream, sorbet and milkshake we ordered.
Dolly was delightful and kind and serviced us well. We look forward to coming back.

Dietary restrictions: We were able to get non dairy for a g’child who needed that. She enjoyed her pink raspberry sorbet.

Ok, let me tell you how much we love this place...when our kiddos want to go for ice cream we go here. It's right around the corner. The last TWO times we've gone here(today and yesterday) the people doing the service have been awful. 10-12-24 at 5:30. The girl practically had pajamas on, stumbling around, laying her head on her hands on the counter, lethargic. Other person had no clue where anything was. It was a super weird experience. Please train your workers to wear gloves, and have a bit of customer service skills. It was really bad today and yesterday. Two times in a row shows a problem.

Awesome ice cream, they use Hersheys brand ice cream, which is made by Friendly's. I had some kind of mocha swirl in a big cup n the employees are super chill and laid back dieseldog came in and the girls behind the counter gave her a big bowl of ice cream too

I hadn't had Hershey's ice cream since I was a little girl. I stopped by while in the area to try another spot. The ice cream was as good as I remembered, especially on a hot day. There were a couple of people ahead of me in line, but the wait time was minimal. I'd definitely return when I'm in the area.
