Crafty Burger Denver NEVER fails!!! We love going there. It is small town feel, personal service, and great food. Nadia is great! We often sit at the bar just so she can take care of us. She remember us. Remembers our orders and is just so kind and literally is what keeps us coming back! We love going to a restaurant where we feel like they know us and the staff is attentive.

We had a truly disappointing experience at Crafty Burger—and it wasn’t just the repeated mistakes, it was the dismissive attitude from both our server and the manager. Our orders were messed up three times. The first time, we told our server Nadia. She didn’t apologize—just shrugged and walked away. The second time, another dish was wrong, and she said nothing. I decided to give it one last shot and ordered something else, and that came out wrong again. I told her to take it back because I wasn’t going to eat it. Throughout all this, Nadia seemed more focused on getting off her shift—she kept saying she was leaving soon—than on helping us. When the check arrived, we were still charged for the dish I didn’t eat. I got up to speak with the manager, hoping someone would finally step in. Instead, she told me Nadia should have let her know—putting the blame on her server—and still offered no apology. I returned to my table, and that’s when the manager came over. Rather than being helpful, her approach felt confrontational. She brought over the kitchen ticket to prove the order was entered correctly, basically shifting the blame to the kitchen—again, with no apology or effort to make the situation better. She just repeated, “I removed the charge and gave you a $10 discount,” like that was supposed to fix everything. Not once did anyone take responsibility or show any real concern. The entire experience was met with indifference and defensiveness. We left feeling frustrated and unvalued. We won’t be back.

Absolutely delicious and friendly. When I saw that it came with two sides I was a little skeptical on the sizes but they were perfect. The burgers were cooked great and all our sides were really good too.
Love the food, love the atmosphere! The fried pickles are seasoned nicely and the Mac and cheese is so good!

1st visit. Met with my nephew and his wife and 4 children. Most impressed with our waitress. Attentive to the kids. Sincerely wanted to provide nice meal and experience for our group. Quick witted. Staff like her are rare and precious.. Food was great too.
