Parking: Drive-thru is too narrow at the exit! They had a car stopped waiting on food and I couldn't get by! Just crazy, have people go park in a spot not in the road wide enough for one car!!

"I recently visited the Dairy Queen in Denver, North Carolina, and I was impressed with the delicious treats and friendly service. The ice cream was creamy and flavorful, and their selection of Blizzards and sundaes was fantastic. The staff was courteous and attentive, making it an enjoyable stop for a sweet treat. I'll definitely be returning for more!"

I order often in the app. In the last 6 months food and service have gone down insanely. Every time I order in the app and am not literally in the parking lot the ice cream is completely melted. I never get the extra toppings I order.

Everytime I come here I ask for my buzzard to be royal with fudge in it. This is the third time they didn’t put any fudge in. The ice cream tasted off and there also was barely any Oreo in my Oreo blizzard. I came back and they give attitude and no apology when they’re wrong. This place

I should have read the reviews before ordering a cake because I am here to confirm many of the reports that have already been made. I too ordered a cake for a birthday. I ordered the Signature DQ Cake which has the description as so copy and pasted from the website:"Irresistible fudge and crunch center surrounded by vanilla and chocolate soft serve, decorated with your favorite design"After calling and making sure that my cake requests would be okay I went to the website to order a cake as you cannot do so over the phone and I am 30 minutes away so I wasn't going to drive there and do it in person.I WISH I would have taken photos of the cake but didn't think that this would be an issue. My request for the cake was to change the vanilla ice cream to strawberry and include double fudge and crumbleWe pick the cake up through the drive through and assume all is good, not inspecting what is in the bag before leaving, unfortunately.,Got home, opened the cake to celebrate my child's birthday to discover his name wasn't even written yet it was on the receipt that they included with the cake when I left. Furthermore, we immediately notice it's vanilla and strawberry ice cream rather than chocolate and strawberry. Unfortunate, but the kids wanted some cake so had to continue. We cut into the cake to find that only the center of the cake (in the middle) was where the "fudge and crumble" was located but there was no fudge whatsoever and all crumble. It MOST definitely was not double as requested.I gave the store a call and we had to go back and forth multiple times as they could not answer my questions without asking other people and then calling me back. She told that I was wrong about the description of the cake and there is NO CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM IN THE CAKE.Refer back to the COPY AND PASTED DESCRIPTION from DQ Website:"Irresistible fudge and crunch center surrounded by vanilla and chocolate soft serve, decorated with your favorite design"Upon trying to explain that if I requested the VANILLA to be swapped with the STRAWBERRY ice cream one would assume you would be left with CHOCOLATE and STRAWBERRY ice cream with fudge and crumble between those layers. The one I spoke with consistently stated I was wrong and there is no chocolate other than maybe some drizzle on top (minus any fudge). I asked how she would describe the cake and she didn't give me an answer other than to tell me that I was wrong about the cake and it was made properly.Afterward, knowing they clearly don't know what a DQ cake is at the store, I gave the customer relations a call. They took note of the above issues and stated the owner of the store would get an alert and SHOULD be in touch at some point. It is officially one week since that call and no one has reached out from that store.I am not looking for anything free, I simply would like an apology as the service that was paid for was done incorrectly.A call from the owner would have been the most respectful outcome as it would only take a moment. It is not the end of the world, it is simply a birthday cake, but since no one reached out it becomes more of an issue that I did not receive what I PAID for. I am Real Estate Agent in the area and interact with many people. A phone call would have made the difference for me to give Denver DQ a positive or negative review and unfortunately a positive review is not one that I will give.

Only got ice cream not food. Staff seemed overwhelmed? Only about 8 guests in the building. Not super friendly and felt kinda rushed. Helpful ?

I stopped at the DQ in Denver a couple of times this week. The first time my order was cleared without being filled and the manager realized what happened before I did. His name was Alston and he got my order out right away, told me what happened, apologized and gave me a coupon for a free meal. REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! OMG!! I have not seen this since before COVID! I do not have the heart to use the coupon. I felt like I counted. I have worked in a couple of restaurants in the past and this is how I treated my customers! Today so many young people act like they are doing me a favor to wait on me.I have been to restaurants who tour their customer service only to find them severely lacking. This evening the young man behind the register could not have been more polite. He was focused on my order, nothing else. This is proof that there is hope for the future. These are the type of people I look to hire within my organization. Maybe one of these young people will choose engineering and sit before me one day.
