I hope this finds the Management at this location I don't know what you've done but you have really turned this place around the last crew there in the past has left now your food is correct and served in a timely manner around 5:30 am the last crew didn't care who they piss off and this place is Rockin now at 5:30 give that manager a raise for turning this place around.

Never in my life have I been so rushed to place an order in a drive thru with NO LINE behind us. On a timer or not, customer service should be #1 which is the point of the timer!! 30 seconds went by reading and the guy asked we are ready, we said no and agreed we’d let him know when we were. 20 seconds went by again and he asked again. 3rd time he asked, a lady came on intercom and told us she’d take the order at the window. She explained rudely how they were on the timer and the guy had a RBF and was very impolite, clearly hating his job. I asked if he liked this one new drink they had and he said he didn’t drink coffee… he walked away cause I giggled and the next guy was very nice and took our order no problem. Only 1/3 of the people we talked to were professional and had good customer service. They should consider people with anxiety and struggle with indecisiveness before completely rushing people looking over the menu. FYI we were looking at the menu for less than 2 minutes. Also vanilla latte had too much syrup. Will not be returning.

Just Me

Just dont until new management at minimum.... Def surprised the rating isnt even lower. 7$ for 3 bites of mac n cheese. No thanks. Other locations def do better. Sandy was dry too. Wasnt asked if i wanted a drink, they seemed more concerned with just moving us along and no one was in line. Sandy was low on meat way more than other locations... Just no.... just dont. There was one nice girl taking samples around, she gave me a free drink just for asking for water cup. They should keep her.

Horrible drinks. My family and I ordered here. We got a white chocolate latte signature drinks, HOT chocolate, peppermint signature latte and all were horrible. The hot coco wasn’t even hot and the signature drinks did not taste anything like it was advertised.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this business needs figure out a better plan if your gonna open on a holiday but close early. I get it, it’s a holiday. But I Waited 20minutes in line just to get to the intercom and hear someone say they’re closed. An employee needs to come out at 10 and needs to stop people from getting in line, but still serve those who got in line before 10. Devise a better plan if you’re going to close early. I worked at a corporate quick lube and if they got there before close we still served them. And if they showed up after close we go out and tell them we are closed after these couple cars. Not make them wait any longer than they need to. Also there have been some inconsistency in drinks. And pave the drive thru!! Hope to see this business rebound.

The place is super messy , all the employees are rude and always frantic like they've never done this before. Never get a good salutation, or an appreciation for my business. There's no reason why I should have to wait 15 minutes to obtain two Donuts, especially when you have four to five people working a donut shop. If I own this franchise I would be embarrassed and fire everybody in that shop immediately, for their inability to be pleasant or even look tidy .

Employees have been friendly and helpful. I'm in town helping my daughter move. I bring my dog for a walk and we stop by to get a coffee. I sit outside with the dog and they bring my order out to me . I asked them if no one is at drive up can I just get it from the window and they said it's ok. Very friendly and helpful!!!

My question is for higher ups! Why have outside seating and no waste cans. I was told someone order them to remove them????? Your asking for waste to be all over you property. So as I was taught I walked to rear of building and put my waste in dumpster.

Absolutely most poorly managed and rude staff I’ve ever encountered. Add to that on any given morning you cannot even buy a dozen glazed donuts because they don’t have enough to sell you a dozen!

If I could give this Dunkin negative stars I would. Every single time, without a doubt, they mess something up or forget something. Never have they got my order right, it is terrible. It’s almost as if they do it on purpose because how can people be this incompetent. For example switching up the meat on a breakfast sandwich, let’s use our brains people… never giving this place my money again. You guys should be embarrassed how terrible you run this place. It’s a joke at this point, everyone knows you’ll be run into the ground soon enough if you keep this up. TERRIBLE.

Absolutely awful. Nothing about my order was correct. Very rude employees. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. They didn’t put bacon egg or cheese on it. Coulda went to McDonald’s for a quarter of the price. And my food would have been correct
