Just went through the drive thru and the gentleman who was at the window was extremely rude. And his pants were sagging. Definitely no professionalism at all. Oh and did I forget to mention my coffee order was not what I asked for.
There were 6 donuts left we ordered and didn't get our food the people behind us got there order before and we didn't get our full order. I dont recommend this place.
Stopped in fairly early early one morning to grab donuts for work. The service started out very friendly until she found out I wanted 5 dozen donuts. She disappeared and sent some strange teenager that apparently thinks he is acting in a play to come lecture me about ordering ahead, and not allowing me to have that many donuts. However, if my colleague had been there with me, or if I had wanted to make an extra trip to the drive through, the quantity would not have been an issue. Besides the fact the donut shelves were still jam packed. And wait! Don't they make the donuts here in this building? Do they not have anyone on shift in the early mornings that knows how to make donuts? The donuts were fine. They're Dunkin Donuts, they are exactly what you know they are going to be. Not especially good, but not bad, either. Fairly convenient location. Not so easy in and out with the drive through and parking layout. The service was polite, just strange. Weird, even.
The morning staff was unbelievably rude and just mean. The bad this is, whoever manages this store doesn’t care either. I’m so very glad to see they do not have to worry about how they treat people.

15 minutes to move one car. I left, couldn’t wait any longer. Didn’t receive food
Can’t review anything because I couldn’t get anything. Was in line (about 7th car) for close to 10 minutes. I am not exaggerating, they didn’t serve ONE CAR! The line never moved. If the owner was there he should sell the franchise, if he wasn’t there he should get there because his employees are costing him money. I was the 3rd car to leave in those 10 minutes. Pitiful.
Would not sell 24 glazed donuts because they wouldn’t have enough left for other customers who MAY want to purchase them later. Make it make sense
Apparently they cannot distinguish a cold brew between an iced coffee. It's about one of the three times they get my order correct I am not coming back here

This place seems to be going downhill. It took forever to get up to the speaker box, and when I started telling them which donuts I wanted they interrupted me to tell me that they'll take my donut order last if I'm going to order anything else. After I order my food and I reorder my donuts, they start telling me that they don't have the donuts that I requested even though they are on the picture on the menu. When I finally reach the window and pay the extremely high prices, I end up with cold food, soggy hash browns, and the donuts. The munchkins and the donuts were good, but the whole experience was less than enjoyable.
I came though the drive through and Carsen took my order he had a great attitude and great customer service Deven took my payment and he also had a great attitude all around this place is bye far the best dunkin I have visited.
I absolutely love this Dunkin location. They are by far the nicest most pleasant Dunkin to visit! Every single staff member I’ve interacted with genuinely seems happy to be at work and happy to be helping you. Even the tone of voice at the drive thru speaker is pleasant. Very fast and efficient as well!!!!
