My husband and I frequent this location EVERY THURSDAY to enjoy 99 cent wings. We never eat in because, welp to be honest, we never feel welcomed. Nevertheless, we order our food to go and carry on. They always tie our bags extra tight as if we won't open to verify our order is correct. Then they get upset when we ask for them to correct our order. Tonight, however, was way out of line!
When MY husband picked up our order, there was a confrontation about his dislike in the amount of sauce that was placed on our chicken. I PAID EXTRA FOR SAUCEY so I'm not certain why we cannot express that there wasn't enough SAUCE! Once my husband made me aware of the issue that occurred, I tried to get an understanding by reaching out to a manager at the location via telephone. Once a female voice answered, I asked her name in which she refused, told me to call corporate, and disconnected the line! As a fervent woman of God, I pray for the evil and unnecessarily disrespectful hearts of whomever was involved with this overall interaction! I will be contacting corporate but I truly pray that the hearts becomes circumcised under The Lord our God through Jesus Christ as you CANNOT treat people poorly because they voice a disdain for something they worked hard to pay for!
I will save my money from this point forward. Something we should've done a long time ago!

First time trying ECW+G and was sadly disappointed. We ordered mozzarella sticks, onion rings, classic burger, big dill burger, buffalo chicken tenders, and honey barbecue boneless wings. The mozzarella sticks where good but the marinara sauce was horrible. I'm not sure if it went bad. The onion rings had no flavor and the impression is to eat onion rings with ranch and a ridiculous amount of it. Requested to try some other sauces and tried the honey mustard and the Kamikaze. The honey mustard was good but the Kamikaze had mixed feelings with an agreement of a weird aftertaste. The classic and the big dill burgers were not bad, but mediocre. As for the buffalo chicken tenders, the amount of grease at the bottom of the tray (I should have taken a photo) was gross. The tenders was moved to another plate it was so bad. The tenders themselves were again mediocre but the honey mustard somewhat helped. The worst was the boneless BBQ wings. Since this is a wings and grill restaurant whos focus is wings (bone in or not) we were given McDonalds chicken nuggets smothered in BBQ sauce. Again mediocre was edible but for 10 boneless wings for $15 is not worth it. Our total bill with a $16 tip was over $100. The staff was kind and the atmosphere is a beer, watch a football game environment as expected but the food is definitely for those who love ranch or to smother any kind of sauce (a whole page is just for sauce options) to cover the mediocre food. Sad to say this is not one of the few available restaurants in Denver we will be coming back to.

My husband and I have been to many east coast locations, we typically get takeout due to very busy job schedules. We moved to this area and were very excited to have an east coast near us. Unfortunately this is probably the worst one we have gotten food from. It is always inconsistent and leaving stuff out of our order. Typically we try to be understanding but it happens every time and when you are spending money on items that aren’t being received it becomes a very irritating experience. I will say this is just from a take out point of view, but we will definitely not be ordering from here anymore.

Great food and great service! Our server Mattie was polite, friendly, and gave us excellent service! So many wing flavors to choose from and they let you sample the sauce to choose your fav. Best value for wings that I've seen in a long time and the food was delicious.

Terrible experience - wings were not cooked all the way, no sauce, asked for hot did not get hot. Fries were stale and so much seasoning we could not eat them. I threw all of it away - what a waste of money. I went in to ask for a refund- nope
The manager Miranda store policy is you bring back the food and they count how many fries and chicken wings you eat and they give you a percentage of what is left. That is so wild to me. Not good customer service. I have owned a restaurant and if a customer is dissatisfied then just give them their money back. It’s simple.
