My husband and I couldn't stop talking about how good the food was on the drive home, and the people there were so nice and we really enjoyed talking to them! This place is a GEM and we will definitely be coming back again and again!

WOW, super nice lady at the counter handling everything perfectly and the guy in the back was working hard. We had to try this since BBQ is one of Darren’s favorite and boy it did not disappoint!! The price bbq was amazing and we got bbq slaw, baked beans as sides and hush puppies. We used their sweet thick sauce and it was amazing too. The baked beans were thick, not like they just poured out of a can. We loved everything and will be going back soon!! I mentioned that I like mac & cheese and she gave me a little cup to sample, think I will have to add that next time too!! Thanks guys for making us miserable by overeating..lol. See you soon!!

100% GO HERE! Not only is the bbq to die for (my person favorite is the pork) but the customer service here is the best. Tim and Vallary were so nice and welcoming. It was our first time coming here and they gave us a breakdown of the menu and even had us sample a few things to see what we like. They also frequently checked in on us to see if we were enjoying our food. And not just in a customer service way, but in a way that showed that they take pride in their work and they genuinely want to know if their food was up to par. You can tell that if something wasn't right (which if you don't like their food then you must be a monster), they would do everything they could to fix it or even be open to new ideas. Not to mention, the prices were fantastic. They give you your bang for your buck. If you have a bbq craving, this is THE place to go. We will be back again. Thank you Tim and Vallary for the awesome lunch and great experience!

Let me preface this by saying I never give bad reviews. However, we had such a bad experience here, I had to do it. First off, my wife called in an order tonight, and the guy taking the order was rude. She was trying to order French fries with our order and evidently, they don't have fries here. It took her moment to comprehend that they didn't have fries, and that must've upset the person taking the order. Strike one. When she got home with the food, there was no barbecue sauce to be found, so I ate the driest barbecue sandwich I've ever had. Strike two. The Mac and cheese had zero flavor and a bitter after taste and the hush puppies were so dry I about choked on them - strike 3 and 4. I don't know if it was an off night or what, but we will not be going back to fat fork. We spent over $50 on a subpar meal for 2 adults and 2 kids. All I can say is, I can't wait until Denver Smokehouse opens back up!

Wow....hands down the best BBQ I’ve ever eaten in my life. The brisket melts in your mouth and doesn’t even need any sauce or anything, it’s perfect and the pulled pork sandwich was so huge but I had to eat the whole thing it was that good. On top of that those were the best baked beans I’ve ever eaten as well. I’m in a food coma right now and it was completely worth it AND I want more. The owners are awesome people too, just an amazingly run family business!

Not barbecue but a true smokehouse. This restaurant is located in a strip mall and is completely family owned. The service was great and I was impressed by the Mac and cheese which isn't a typical response to any cheesy noodle confection that isn't made by my family. Please check them out and support this local gem. I got the chicken and it was moist and tender and went great with the homemade hot sauce.

It's not just the food that's awesome.. the owners make you feel right at home. Great service and clean dining area. Even though we didn't order it, the cook brought us a sample of smoked sausage. It was delicious and it's nice to see someone take pride in their work. I had the Pork plate which comes with 2 sides ($13) and George had the brisket which also came with 2 sides ($17). If you haven't already been there, Go!!
