The breakfast crew at this location consistently delivers excellent service and deserves full recognition for their professionalism and efficiency.

Unfortunately, my experiences with the evening staff have been markedly different. On two separate occasions, I had negative interactions with a night-shift employee named Cody. During my first encounter, he identified himself as the General Manager. Months later, when I asked who the GM was, he stated that he did not know their name. This inconsistency was concerning.

I returned in the evening to resolve a minor issue from earlier in the day, as I had been advised by the manager on duty to do so. Despite following those instructions, I drove approximately 15 minutes only to be spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful manner at the drive-through window. While there are additional details, I believe it is more appropriate to address those concerns through corporate channels rather than elaborate further here.

As an update, I returned the following morning and spoke directly with the General Manager, who was professional, attentive, and resolved the issue promptly. Based on that resolution, I have adjusted my rating from one star to three.

In summary, I highly recommend this location for breakfast. However, I would advise caution when visiting during the evening hours, at least until the night staff consistently demonstrates a stronger customer-first approach!

Ordered 3 large meals. Did not receive 2 of the large fries. I went in to make them aware of the mistake they handed me 1 large fry I told them I needed one more, They gave me another but it wasn't a large. The fries were not hot and burnt, my sandwich was barley warm and the soda tasted like it was about ready to run out. We did not receive a receipt so I could not visually show them my order. $32.00 for absolutely trash food. I understand it is hardees and not outback steakhouse but the food should be hot and edible. The is the last time we will be stopping here.

My fries were cold and not even cooked. My. Burger was soggy not cooked, the bun was also soggy like it was microwaved and had been sitting 🤮🤮🤮🤮

I always use this Hardee’s on hwy 16 ; never endured such rude service as I did today! The two ladies working front line were to busy on there phones to acknowledge any concerns about food safety. I ordered a ham biscuit , sausage egg biscuit and a hash brown; they put two items in bag walked off on phone and then tryed to serve cold food on bottom and hot food on top! When I ask the girl shut the window went straight to her phone and I do not know exactly what was done but our food was nasty and very greedy! I don’t know what was so important for these two ladies to be on their personal cell phones but it must have been more important than their customers! Very disappointing and ended up going elsewhere to get our lunch!!

Slow and disorganized, ordered a mushroom and Swiss told the fellas at the counter that there was no mushrooms on it both of them thumb their fingers through it handed it to the Cook he put mushrooms on it wrapped it back up and gave it back to me.YUCK! And took about 15 minutes with nobody in line.
