Ok let’s paint a picture. I am on my way to work so my time is limited. Tired of the fast food so. I’m from out of town working. I wanted a decent hot meal. So I search I find Jimadors Mexican grille . So I says to myself this should be a good decent hot meal. So I order for pic up I wait about 16 minutes pic my food up I ordered a.c.p and a drink and order of tortillas. Well first of the drink was 3.89 ok I get it for dine in you know all the refills. I mean dawg a styrofoam 16 oz cup is what I get well s as if that isn’t aggravating so anyway I proceed to open up my food I’m starting to realize this tin plate sure isn’t very warm at all. When I tell you it was not warm it was cool to touch. It looked like they just microwaved the chicken and placed it on rice that was out the refrigerator. Ok I don’t usually complain much but this was not at all what I had in mind for a hot dinner. Anyway my first impression will most likely be my last unacceptable🤨🤨🤨🤨 I would have added the videos but I will just say I was highly upset with the meal so I over reacted a lil on my way to cookout

I thought this was going to be my favorite place. On our third visit, while waiting to pay our check, we saw LOTS of roaches near checkout and the Uber Eats/Grub Hub driver pickup area.

You ever had food so bad that it blew your high?. Yeah this is that place. Don't eat here. Not only did they mess up our order. To fix it they tried to charge us for the new burrito. Seriously? $14. We ended up paying $37 for dinner and my fiance and I couldn't finish our food. I ended up having to drink a cold water and lay over on my side because my stomach hurt so bad. Not sure what is going on here, but I don't even want a comp meal. It may be the worst Mexican food I've ever eaten. Since my stomach still hurts, here's some other locations that I've had better Mexican food at. West Texas, South Texas, Italy, my home, my mother's home, Germany, and Korea. $37 for a burrito and a fajita burrito with no meat. They messed up one burrito and tried to charge us $14 afterwards. During the process, the waiter said "hold on let me text my manager"?!?!?!?! What in the professionalism...

The first time I went here the food was great and service was great as well. Every other time I have been lately there have been issues. The past two times they have been out of sweet tea and say they can't make anymore even though it was still at least 2 hours before closing and the Sprite i had to order instead was flat. The taco just wasn't good and I had a side of grilled shrimp that seemed barely cooked. I'm not sure what happened but they've gone down hill quiet a bit.

The experience my friend just had with his recent order is deeply disappointing. He ordered a plate of Arroz con Pollo (ACP), a classic that is traditionally served with a rich cheese sauce. However, the order arrived without the cheese sauce, which is one of the most essential and distinctive components of this dish. Without said cheese, the ACP turned out to be dry and lacking in flavor, turning what should have been a delicious meal into an unsatisfying and incomplete experience.
What makes this situation even worse is that in order to correct this mistake, he was informed that he would have to brave 20 minutes of traffic just to receive the cheese sauce that should have been included from the beginning. This level of inconvenience, caused by such a fundamental error, is completely unacceptable.
It is evident that there was a lack of attention to detail in the preparation of this order, and as a result, the dining experience was ruined. I sincerely hope management takes steps to address this issue and ensure future orders are prepared correctly. Customers should not be forced to deal with errors for something as simple as ensuring that all key ingredients are included in the dish they requested.

Stopped by Jimador Mexican Grill on a Sunday after church. It was not what we expected. There were only 4 other tables with people when we arrived and two of those tables were large parties of 10+. Our server was polite but the service overall was very slow and not good. It took a while to get drink orders and have them delivered. Our food came out quickly but it did not taste very good and was lacking the usual flavor we are used to. We ordered a Fajita Quesadilla along with Yolanda’s. Prices were good, but unfortunately we probably would not return to this location.
