The corporate office needs to pay a visit to this location. I’ve never seen a place ran so bad and most of the staff is high school/ college. Unprofessional, incompetent, too laid back. On many occasions I have purchased food from this restaurant. OMG each time a vehicle (driver thru) have to wait 30 plus minutes for their food. They need better training, staff, and stop allowing these youngsters to run the facility the way they want. This is how the health department and lawsuits get started. Your facility is generating in money but you’re not looking at the bigger picture. They put your food together wrong, the drive thru is managed wrong and sit down customers are waiting for very long periods of time also. When you say something to the people behind the counter they all look at you crazy because you’re asking for your food in a timely manner. Long winded in their delivery. I won’t ever go back to that place again.

Twice went there, 8 piece got 1 breast 1thigh 3 wings 3 legs, ,the other time a 8 piece,got two thighs 1 breast 3 legs ang 2 wings, and both times chicken was pink and legs was bloody, nasty as hell , I won't be doing chicken for a while , rude drive thru people, bad management!!! Should fire everyone in there and start over, taco bell side is even worst, I won't miss it if it's gone... T

TERRIBLE SERVICE. We ordered and waited 25 minutes for our food, just to be told they were just starting to drop the original recipe chicken for my order. My wife ordered Taco Bell and her order had been made and sitting the whole 25 minutes. Needless to say, she didn't want it after it was already cold and still needed to wait even longer because my food was not even dropped yet. Manager was rude because we asked for a refund, so we could leave. This is definitely our last trip to this location.

Pretty fast with your food. Very polite and good service. This place can get busy but I promise you the coworkers are working hard! They are polite and chicken is always hot along with their tacos.
Kid-friendliness: Kids can get the sides from KFC or 5$ box's from Taco Bell.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has a dip in the concrete for wheelchairs.

Food just tastes like good ol' KFC, the service is TRASH. they constantly get orders incorrect, dine-in and take-out, as well as are rude and slow when taking orders themselves/calling out. All staff are apprehensive to answer questions.

I tried the chicken nuggets for the 1st time and have to say I like them better then Chick-fil-As, and you have delicious coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy. The drive through is pretty fast and the staff friendly. Very good experience all the way around!

Called and placed a somewhat large order. I asked for it to be fresh since I was calling in advance! The food was so stale and greasy. I’m guessing it had been setting there all day. Called to let them know and they insisted that it was made to order.

Great food! We sat inside and recieved our meal 5 minutes after ordering! Very good customer service as well! Would highly recommend this KFC!
I mean when I order the chicken bowl, I'm thinking it's the pop corn chicken. Next time please say it's chunks of chicken yall just cut up since you didn't have the right chicken bc I would've never of got it.Thanks !
