The strawberry cream cheese puffs are usually good, but tonight (Sunday 6/8/25 @ 7pm) they were Terrible. I asked when I ordered if these would be warm and was told yes. They nuked them and now they are as hard a rocks. Not the usual fresh flakey warm treat. Tried to. All 3x 7:12, 7:14, 7:16 and the phone was answered and immediately hung up each time. Do not trust this location for freshly made treats.

I had gotten food from here and within 24 hours my son and myself had food poisoning. Given the fact that we did not eat anything prior to this. It took nearly 2 days to get over it. I am just now able to make this complaint. This is unacceptable and the health department has been informed. I do not suggest eating here if you choose not to be sick.

Order 12 peice meal extra crispy We got all the food ok except the green beans. Took them back and the manager said that wasn't acceptable. And one black girl that was there when she was about it she said she knew and walked off.because we are white folk doesn't mean you got to be rude

Don't ever make the mistake of not checking your bags and meal boxes if you go through the drive-thru or pick up an online order. Almost a guarantee something will be missing from your order. The employees obviously don't care at all if you get all the way home and part of your order is missing.

Worst service ever! As another customer has complained… it’s a chicken joint that never has chicken available. Twenty minutes for white meat. Kayla who is supposed a manager is really the worst! ZERO people skills! Says a lot if the manager is onsite and they still don’t have food prepared. What are you managing then? Service is slow and management is RUDE!

Sad this is the closet KFC since Denver location shut down.

Service is horrible. Waited 30 minutes to order and after getting to the window was told it was going to be another 20 minutes for the food to be ready

I would give zero stars. The service is slow, rude, argumentative. Went in with my husband to order kfc meal. Paid almost 40 dollars. Waited thirty minutes still nothing, lots of others came in behind us all still waiting. I finally ask why drive thru is getting food ,watching thru windows of line moving, manager said WE GO BY WHATS ON THE SCREEN IN ORDER.... hateful. I said if that's true why am I still standing here with 8 other customers that put their orders in after me thirty minutes ago and the drive thru is still moving and leaving? I ask for a refund and the staff was rude and very argumentative like they are not doing anything to cause the situation. Others were getting refunds as I was leaving. This store needs new management or training or both. Our kfc closed and turned into just taco bell, so I drove farther to this one to get kfc.... NEVER AGAIN. I don't understand why this happened there was plenty of workers not short staffed. As I left others were saying the same and leaving. You need customers to have a business. I tried being considerate in the beginning, but they changed that with the attitudes that they showed me and everyone in line.

Gotta say this location is not getting its job done. Last time during dinner they had no white meat and had to wait 20 minutes. Now today I called ahead they said they were breading and be ready in 20 minutes. Now I sit in parking lot because they said 15 minutes.. Management needs to go...never again

Drive through dude/ counter guy too busy with his cell to worry about his job. Ordered 4 piece dinner to go, get home & the bag has a 4 piece tenders. Over cooked & too hard to eat. Dinner room, drink station nasty, so I’m sure the kitchen can’t be much better. No management anywhere on site so no wonder the staff had no direction or cares.
